Installation
- The 177" cord plugs into any standard outlet, and the included ceiling hooks let you route the cord from the pendant's hanging position across to the wall. The inline switch on the cord controls power. Most installations take 10–15 minutes.
- The fixture itself doesn't dim, but it becomes dimmable when paired with a dimmable G9 LED bulb and a plug-in dimmer module (sold separately). Wall dimmers don't apply to plug-in fixtures.

Unbox
Everything is in the box: the fixture, fabric cord, inline switch, hook or wall bracket, and all the hardware.
Mount or Hang
Fix the wall bracket where you want it, or place the ceiling hook and swag the cord. A paper template makes it foolproof.
Plug In
Run the cord to any standard wall outlet. Tuck it neatly along the trim with the included clips, or let it drape as a detail.
Switch On
Flip the inline switch — or pair it with a smart plug for voice and app control — and your light is glowing.

Q1. Does it really need no wiring or electrician?
Correct — no junction box, no breaker, no electrician. Wall sconces mount with a simple included bracket; pendants hang from a discreet ceiling hook and swag across to your outlet. A paper template and all the hardware are in the box, and most installs take about five minutes.
Q2. What outlet, voltage and cord does it use?
Each light ships with the right plug for your region — US (Type A, 120V), EU (Type C, 230V) or UK (Type G, 230V) — on a standard cord of roughly 2–3 m, with longer lengths on request. Run the cord discreetly along trim with the included clips, or let a fabric or braided cord hang as part of the look. Need a specific plug or length? Tell us at checkout.
Q3. What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?
Bulbs vary by fixture, so check the one listed on each product page. Most take a standard screw socket — E26 in North America, E27 elsewhere — while a few use other fittings. Whatever the bulb, every light is built for a warm 3000K glow and is dimmable with a compatible dimmable bulb plus an inline dimmer or smart plug.
Q4. Can I get one of your hardwired designs as a plug-in?
Almost always, yes. Tell us the model you love and your preferred cord colour and length, and we will build a plug-in cord-and-switch version — the same design and finish, ready for any outlet. Email us and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.
Q5. What about returns, warranty and support?
Every light is bench-tested before it leaves our workshop and backed by worry-free after-sales support covering the electrical components and structural integrity. If anything is wrong on arrival or in normal use, email support@radilum.com and we will make it right with a replacement, parts or refund.
