Die Block ist eine Tischleuchte mit Stecker mit einem Calacatta-Marmorsockel – das rechteckige Blockprofil gibt der Leuchte ihren Namen und ihre strukturelle Klarheit. Der Sockel ist massiv aus Marmor, von Hand geschnitten, wobei die Maserung durch die volle Tiefe des Blocks verläuft; darüber diffundiert ein weißer Leinenschirm die E26-Lichtquelle in einen warmen, gleichmäßigen Umgebungsglow. Installation mit Steckerkabel. Beide Größen kommen mit einem 150 cm / 59″ Steckerkabel — keine Festinstallation oder Elektriker notwendig. Das Kabel wird von der Basis zu einer Standard-Wandsteckdose geführt. Für das sauberstes Erscheinungsbild führen Sie das Kabel hinter Möbeln entlang oder nutzen eine Kabelabdeckung für die Wand (im Baumarkt erhältlich).
Leuchtmittel nicht enthalten. Jede Leuchte hat eine Standard-Fassung E26 (USA) oder E27 (international). Empfohlen: 6–8W LED A19/A60 mit 2700K Warmweiß, in Mattglas oder Opalglas, für ein gleichmäßig diffuses Licht durch den Leinenschirm. Vermeiden Sie klares Glas oder Glühfäden, die als heller Punkt durch den Stoffschirm scheinen können.

Die kleine Version (B 26 / H 28 cm) ist die vielseitigste Größe für Nachttisch und Schreibtisch — der kompakte Marmorblock wirkt wie ein durchdachtes Materialobjekt und nicht wie eine Statement-Leuchte. Sie eignet sich für schmalere Nachttische, kleine Schreibtische und Räume, in denen eine subtile, raffinierte Präsenz erwünscht ist. Die große Version (B 36 / H 40 cm) ist die dominantere Ausführung — der größere Marmorblock wirkt wie ein architektonisches Element auf der Tischoberfläche und eignet sich besser für breitere Beistelltische, Wohnzimmer-Beistelltische und Flurkonsolenm, wo die Leuchte der primäre visuelle Ankerpunkt ist.
Entspricht meine Marmor-Äderung den Fotos? +
Nicht exakt — und das ist Absicht. Calacatta-Marmor aus demselben Steinbruch zeigt in jedem Block ein anderes Äderungsmuster. Der grau-goldene Charakter der diagonalen Äderung bleibt konsistent, aber Dichte, Winkel und Verteilung der Äderung in Ihrem Stück unterscheiden sich von den Fotografien. Wenn Sie ein Paar bestellen (z. B. für zwei Nachttische) und eine enge Äderungsabstimmung wünschen, kontaktieren Sie uns vor der Bestellung — wir besorgen Stücke aus derselben Platte, wenn der Bestand es zulässt.
Wie verwalte ich das Stromkabel? +
Das 150 cm / 59″ lange Kabel bietet genug Länge, um es von der Leuchte zu einer Wandsteckdose hinter oder neben dem Möbelstück zu führen. Die sauberen Optionen: Führen Sie das Kabel hinter einem Nachttisch oder Beistelltisch entlang, wo es durch die Möbelkante verborgen wird; verwenden Sie einen selbstklebenden Kabelclip (in Baumärkten erhältlich), um es sauber entlang der Sockelleiste zu führen; oder verwenden Sie einen Kabelkanal für die Wandmontage für ein komplett bündiges Ergebnis. Five Stages of Slow Craft

Quarrying
Solid blocks are extracted from the foothills, where geological forces left their finest seams. Only stones with sound structure and clean veining are selected.
Slab Cutting
Diamond-tipped blades part the block into precise slabs — each cut is a first reveal of the unique veining hidden inside the stone for millennia.
Shaping & Carving
Each form is cut by skilled hands — a patient negotiation between the designer's intent and the grain of the stone itself.
Hollow & Polish
The interior is bored to delicate walls so warm light may pass through. The exterior is honed and hand-polished to its final, luminous finish.
Assembly
Wiring, sockets and fittings are integrated by our atelier team. Each fixture is bench-tested and inspected before it leaves the workshop.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
