Een studie in evenwicht. Een slanke messing arm ondersteunt een hoge, smalle cilinder van natuurlijk alabaster — een steen die gloeit in plaats van reflecteert en licht zachter maakt tot iets warms en rustig. Een kleine messing schijf bekroont de kolom en verankert de compositie met een enkel sculpturaal gebaar.
De Brindisi werkt even goed boven een nachtkastje, aan weerszijden van een spiegel, of omlijstend in een gang. Elke alabasten kolom draagt zijn eigen nervatuur handtekening — geen twee wandlampen zijn gelijk.

Installatie
- Inbouwinstallatie aan de muur — een erkend elektricien wordt aanbevolen.
- Past in een standaard single-gang wanddoos. Alle bevestigingsmateriaal is inbegrepen.
- Behandel de alabasten kap voorzichtig tijdens installatie — natuursteen kan splinteren bij een klap.
- Gebruik een E12 of E14 LED-lamp (warm wit 2700K aanbevolen). Overschrijd niet de wattage aangegeven op de fitting.
- Demonteer de lamp niet. Bij problemen kunt u het beste contact met ons opnemen in plaats van het toestel zelf te openen.
- Alleen voor gebruik binnenshuis. Niet geschikt voor badkamers of vochtige ruimten.

Welke gloeilamp beveel je aan? +
Een warm witte (2700K) LED-lamp in E12 of E14 kandelaarvoet, 4–6W, geeft de meest vleiende gloed door het alabast. LED wordt sterk aanbevolen — werkt koel, gaat veel langer mee en zal de natuursteen niet thermisch belasten.
Is de lamp dimbaar? +
Ja, in combinatie met een dimbbare E12 / E14 LED-lamp en een compatibele TRIAC-dimboschakelaar (bijvoorbeeld Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora). Controleer vóór installatie of uw lamp op de dimcompatibiliteitslijst staat.
Wat is het verschil tussen 1 Head en 2 Heads? +
Beide versies hebben dezelfde alabasten zuil (30 cm hoog) en dezelfde totale hoogte (47 cm). Het verschil zit in de achterplaat: 1 Head gebruikt een slanke schijf van 10 cm / 3,9″ — ingetogen, ideaal in paren of op beperkte ruimte. 2 Heads gebruikt een schijf van 24,5 cm / 9,6″ — meer aanwezigheid, beter als solo statement boven een console of nachtkastje.
Zal de alabasten adertekening tussen exemplaren verschillen? +
Ja. Elk alabasten zuiltje is uit natuursteen gesneden, dus adertekening, doorschijnendheid en toonwarmte zullen tussen exemplaren verschillen. Deze natuurlijke variatie maakt deel uit van het karakter van het materiaal, niet van een defect.
Betekenen E12 en E14 hetzelfde? +
In praktijk ja. E12 is de Noord-Amerikaanse kandelaarvoet (120V); E14 is het Europese equivalent (220–240V). De fittingen zijn fysiek uitwisselbaar — zorg dat de lampspanning overeenkomt met uw locale netspanning. Controleer of de lamp die u koopt bij uw landsspanning past.
Kan ik het horizontaal monteren? +
De Brindisi is ontworpen voor verticale montage — de alabasten zuil zit boven de messingarm, ondersteund door de schijfdetail. Horizontale installatie wordt niet aanbevolen, omdat dit de bedoelde verhoudingen van het ontwerp verstoort.
Wat als mijn lamp defect aankomt? +
Neem binnen 30 dagen na levering contact met ons op met een korte beschrijving en foto's. Wij regelen vervanging of volledige terugbetaling — u hoeft het toestel niet zelf te demonteren of thuis op te lossen. Dat is ons werk.

Because alabaster is a living natural stone, every piece carries its own unique veining and tonal variation — a quality we celebrate rather than suppress. We are unable to specify, select, or replicate any particular pattern. Ink marbling, lightning veins, ice-crack formations, and snowflake inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute a quality issue. Every alabaster lamp begins as raw stone and arrives in your hands only after passing through a sequence of precise, unhurried steps — performed by artisans who know how to listen to the material before they shape it.
Material Selection
Rough blocks are hand-assessed at the quarry for translucence, structural integrity, and depth of colour within.
Precision Cutting
Diamond instruments slice the stone into workable panels, guided by its natural grain rather than against it.
Sculpting
Artisans turn, carve, and hollow each form by hand — responding to the stone's character as it is revealed.
Hand Polishing
Progressively finer grits refine the surface until the stone's interior luminosity is fully realised.
Final Assembly
LED modules, solid brass fittings, and hand-finished hardware are fitted and inspected — each piece individually, never in batches.

Every alabaster fixture is completed by its metalwork — the canopy, stem, arms, and fittings that carry the stone and frame its glow. Each is available in seventeen numbered finishes from the Radilum Finishes Library: brass, bronze, iron, steel, nickel, and chrome characters, hand-applied and sealed, or a custom patina grown to match a sample you send us.

Alabaster is genuine natural stone — each fixture carries substantial weight and deserves the same careful handling you would extend to any fine sculpture. A few simple practices will preserve both piece and electrical integrity for a lifetime.
- 01Never lift by the power cord.The cord is not load-bearing. Tension applied to it can damage internal LED wiring and lead to connection failure over time.
- 02Always support the stone body.Cradle the fixture with both hands when moving or installing. For larger pieces, two people are strongly recommended.
- 03Clean gently; dust often.A dry, soft cloth is all that is needed. Avoid water, solvents, and abrasives — they will dull the polished surface irreversibly.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
