From her rises a winding stem of ivy and roses in the same antique brass finish, the botanical detail hand-worked along its length before opening into the socket and shade above. The combination of human figure, natural motif, and glass shade places the lamp squarely in the Art Nouveau tradition: organic forms, narrative content, and decorative metalwork as the primary material language.
The scalloped glass shade — available in white or green — has a flared, petal-like rim that echoes the botanical stem below. Both shades diffuse the E26 source into a soft, directional downward glow. The white shade produces the brightest, cleanest output; the green shade casts a warmer, more intimate glow with a slight tint to the light below it. At 60 cm tall, the lamp suits a console, sideboard, or bedside table where a figurative sculptural object at surface level is the intention.

Dimensions
Bulbs are not included. This lamp uses one E26 (US) or E27 (international) socket. A 6–10W LED at 2700K warm white with a frosted or opal glass casing is recommended — the warm tone complements both shade colors and the antique brass figure. For the green shade, a warm white bulb at 2700K produces the most flattering pooled glow beneath it; avoid cool-white bulbs which can appear clinical through the tinted glass.
Plug-in — no hardwiring required. The 150 cm cord plugs into a standard wall outlet. Position freely near any outlet.

White or Green shade — which suits my interior? +
White glass produces the brightest, most neutral output — the lamp reads as a decorative figurative object with a clean ambient glow. Best for living rooms, bedrooms, and consoles where a warm white lamp is functional as well as decorative. Works across traditional, transitional, and maximalist interiors. Green glass produces a more intimate, tinted glow — the pooled light beneath the shade has a warm green cast that suits studies, reading nooks, and library-style interiors. The green shade is more period-referential (banker's lamp, Arts and Crafts, apothecary) and works best in rooms where rich wood, dark leather, and warm neutrals are the palette.
What is the figure made of? +
The seated lady figure and the ivy-and-rose stem are cast and finished in antique brass — a warm, aged gold-brown tone that reads as period-authentic rather than newly polished. The finish has deliberate variation in depth and patina across the relief detail of the roses and ivy leaves, giving the botanical motif additional visual definition. The figure is fixed — the same antique brass on both white and green shade versions.
What surfaces suit this lamp? +
The lamp base footprint is approximately 27 × 24 cm — it requires a stable, level surface of at least 30 × 28 cm. At 60 cm tall, it is well proportioned for a sideboard, console table, or large bedside table (40 cm+ surface height). On a standard 72 cm dining table it would read as too tall for casual use; it is better suited to side surfaces at 40–80 cm height where the figure can be seen at close range. It is not suited to a small bedside table under 35 cm wide.
Is it dimmable? +
Yes, when fitted with a dimmable E26/E27 LED bulb and used with an in-line cord dimmer (sold separately — a rotary or slider dimmer that inserts between the lamp cord and the wall outlet, requiring no wall switch modification). Alternatively, plug into a switched outlet connected to a TRIAC wall dimmer. For the green glass shade specifically, dimming to 30–50% creates a particularly warm and ambient pool of tinted light below the shade — the most atmospheric result for a reading or study setting.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
