Where do we ship from?
All our merchandise packages will be shipped from our China factory.
Package delivery time?

What is fast shipping?

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?
All prices shown on our website are tax-exclusive, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and we are not responsible for these fees and taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.
Standard shipping does not require you to pay customs duties, our partnered carriers will be responsible for these fees.
If you belong to Canada and USA, we will deliver to your door via UPS and you don't need to pay any import duties. (Our partnered carriers will pay your import duties)

Special note: If you are in the UK, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, Hungary, please use standard shipping, otherwise customs may impose expensive import duties.
Cancel order,
If you regret your purchase and want to cancel your order, please make a request within 48 hours. If it exceeds 48 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order. If you do not receive an email/notification of shipment, please contact us as we do not guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
The address is incorrect.
Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for any lost or misdelivered items and related costs caused by you providing an incorrect address.
Change of address.
After the package is shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address modification will be successful. If an address change is required, the carrier will charge us an address change fee anyway, and an additional re-delivery fee if the new address is not near the wrong address.
If you ask us to make a change, we will send you an invoice to cover the additional cost of changing your address so that we can break even.
We appreciate your understanding that while we do our best to bear the cost of errors we ourselves make, we cannot bear the cost of errors beyond our control.

Changes in estimated delivery date.
We or our delivery partners will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date if events beyond our or our partner carrier's control delay or prevent delivery at the original estimated date and/or time. Products will be delivered when we ship them to the address you provide to us. If we are unable to deliver your product within 90 days, we will:

- Give you a refund.
Packages are refused, lost, stolen and misdirected.
Without a signature requirement, our shipping partners will determine at their discretion whether an area is safe for package delivery.
If there is a signature request, they will try to get a signature from someone at or near that address. If they are unable to obtain a signature, they can leave a follow-up message with further instructions. Check your package tracking information for details of your most recent delivery attempt.
If your package is returned to the country of origin due to loss, theft, misdelivery, etc., we will provide re-shipment service. Reshipment is a paid service and you will be charged shipping charges based on the package size and weight of your order.
If the package/item is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send you a new order for free.
If a package is marked "Delivered" but cannot be found, the package may be nearby or may still be on the delivery truck and not lost. Packages may arrive the next day. If you still can't find your package, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it.
In order to be considered for an exchange or refund, you must request tracking to confirm the package is lost, and all tracking must be completed within 7 days of delivery. Because outside of this window, we are unable to file a damage claim with the carrier to recover the cost of a lost or stolen item.
Shipping failed.
Once the package arrives locally, the local shipping partner will deliver it once for free, but if the package cannot be delivered (such as being unable to obtain a receipt, wrong address, etc.), the shipping partner will stop delivery and park the package at a local facility for 2-5 days before shipping the package Return it to us. If this occurs we will contact you again to arrange delivery. If you would like to resend your package, we will email an invoice describing the return and reshipping fees charged to the sender by the shipping partner. Alternatively, if you no longer require the package, we will refund you minus a 30% restocking fee to cover any lost shipping and packaging costs.
We must hear from you within 30 days of the item being returned to us in order to reship or receive a refund.

Special items that require customization may require an additional 3-4 business days.
