- Passt in eine Standard-Einzelschalter-Wanddose. Alle Montagematerialien sind enthalten.
- Behandeln Sie den Onyx während der Installation vorsichtig — Naturstein kann bei Schlägen gegen harte Kanten absplittern.
- Empfohlene Platzierung: auf Augenhöhe (≈ 150 cm / 60″ vom Boden) in Fluren oder 80–100 cm über Nachttischen. Wirkt wunderschön, wenn Spiegel oder Bett flankiert werden.

Ist dies echter Onyx oder ein Stein-Imitat-Verbund? +
Es ist echter natürlicher weißer Onyx — aus dem Gestein abgebaut, von Hand geschnitten und bearbeitet. Die Maserung, die leichte Lichtdurchlässigkeit und die Farbnuancen lassen sich durch Verbundwerkstoffe oder Druckmaterialien nicht nachbilden. Schnitt und Verarbeitung erfolgen von Hand, weshalb jedes Stück ein Unikat ist.
Welches Leuchtmittel empfehlen Sie? +
Ein G9-LED-Leuchtmittel in Warmweiß (2700K) mit 3–4W. Das warme Licht lässt die natürliche Transluzenz des Onyx zur Geltung kommen und mildert die Streuung des Glasglobus. Vermeiden Sie Kaltweiß- oder Tageslichtleuchtmittel — sie stehen in Konflikt mit der natürlichen Wärme des Steins.
Ist die Leuchte dimmbar? +
Ja — in Kombination mit einem dimmbaren G9-LED-Leuchtmittel und einem TRIAC-kompatiblen Wanddimmer (z. B. Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora) dimmt die Orli sanft. Gedimmtes Licht ist besonders stimmungsvoll — das warme Glühen hebt die Steinmaserung hervor, wenn es von hell zu weich übergeht.

Wie reinige ich natürlichen Onyx? +
Schalten Sie die Wandstromversorgung aus und lassen Sie das Leuchtmittel abkühlen. Mit einem weichen trockenen Tuch abstauben. Für eine gründlichere Reinigung mit einem weichen Tuch leicht anfeuchtet mit Wasser und einem Tropfen pH-neutraler milder Seife abwischen. Vermeiden Sie säurehaltige Reiniger (Essig, Zitrone, zitrusbasierte Produkte), die natürliche Steine anätzen können. Verwenden Sie keine Scheuerschwämme oder Poliermittel.
Was ist, wenn der Onyx beschädigt oder gebrochen ankommt? +
Natürstein wird sorgfältig verpackt, kann aber gelegentlich beim Transport beschädigt werden. Wenn Ihre Wandleuchte beschädigt oder gebrochen ankommt, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Lieferung mit Fotos — wir werden einen Ersatz zügig arrangieren. Installieren Sie kein beschädigtes Stück.

Natural stone behaves differently from mass-produced materials. Here is exactly what to expect — and how our support team has you covered at every step.
Q1. Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
No — and that is the point. Because each Orli is cut from a unique block of natural stone, its veining, color depth and pattern will be its own. Your piece will share the same family and tone as the photos shown, but the exact movement of the stone is one-of-a-kind. This natural variation is a hallmark of genuine stone, not a defect, and is not grounds for return on its own.
Q2. Are natural lines, spots or fine veins normal?
Yes. Natural marble, onyx, travertine and alabaster contain mineral veins, subtle color shifts, tiny pits (especially in travertine, which is naturally porous) and faint internal lines. These are formed over millions of years and are part of the material's authenticity. When lit, some veins may appear more visible — this is the translucency working as intended. Only a structural crack that affects function is considered a fault.
Q3. What if it arrives damaged or broken in transit?
Stone is fragile, so every Orli is packed in protective, shock-absorbing packaging. In the rare event it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund — no complicated process. Keeping the original packaging helps us resolve it faster.
Q4. How heavy is it, and what wall does it need?
Because the body is solid stone, the Orli is heavier than a typical metal sconce. It is designed to mount on a standard wall junction box with the included bracket and hardware. For drywall, we recommend fixing into a stud or using appropriate heavy-duty anchors. If you are unsure about your wall type, our team can advise before you install.
Q5. What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?
The Orli uses a standard screw socket (E26 in North America / E27 elsewhere) and ships ready for a warm 3000K bulb to best reveal the stone's glow. It is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmable bulb and a matching wall dimmer. If you need a specific voltage, socket or color temperature, let us know at checkout and we will confirm before shipping.
Q6. How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners (vinegar, citrus, scouring pads), which can etch natural stone. For bathroom installs, mount in a dry zone away from direct water spray to protect both the stone and the wiring.

Every Orli is bench-tested before it leaves our workshop and backed by worry-free after-sales support. We stand behind the electrical components and structural integrity of the fixture. Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
