Installation

Dies ist eine festverdrahtete Wandleuchte — sie verbindet sich direkt mit dem Stromnetz Ihres Hauses durch eine Wanddose und wird durch einen Wandschalter gesteuert. Kann ich beliebige Gehäuse- und Glasfarben kombinieren? +
Ja. Die Gehäuse-Oberfläche (Kupfer oder Chrom) und die Glasfarbe (Beige oder Weiß) sind unabhängig voneinander an der Kasse wählbar. Wählen Sie eine beliebige der vier Kombinationen: Kupfer × Beige, Kupfer × Weiß, Chrom × Beige oder Chrom × Weiß.
Welche Kombination sollte ich wählen? +
Das hängt vom Raum ab: Kupfer × Beige wirkt warm und mediterran — passt gut zu Terrakotta, Holz und warmen Neutraltönen. Chrom × Weiß wirkt knackig und skandinavisch — am besten mit kühlen Weißtönen, Grautönen und minimalistischen Innenräumen. Kupfer × Weiß und Chrom × Beige liegen dazwischen und sind nützlich zum Verbinden warmer und kühler Farbpaletten.
Welches Leuchtmittel empfehlen Sie? +
Ein warmweißes (2700K) LED-Leuchtmittel in E26 oder E27 Fassung, 4–6W. Da das Glas glatt und klar ist, empfehlen wir dringend ein mattiertes oder kugelförmiges Leuchtmittel — klare Leuchtmittel mit sichtbarem Glühfaden werden durchschimmern und können direkté Blendung in Sichtlinie verursachen.
Ist die Leuchte dimmbar? +
Ja — kombiniert mit einem dimmbaren LED-Leuchtmittel und einem TRIAC-kompatiblen Wanddimmer (z. B. Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora) dimmt die Nova Glass sanft. Die Leuchte selbst hat keinen eingebauten Dimmer.
Kann ich dies im Badezimmer installieren? +
Die Nova Glass ist für trockene Innenräume ausgelegt. Vermeiden Sie die Montage direkt über einer Dusche, Badewanne oder Waschtisch, wo sie Dampf oder Spritzwasser ausgesetzt wäre. In Gästebädern oder größeren Badezimmern mit guter Belüftung und ausreichendem Abstand zu Wasserstellen kann sie funktionieren — überprüfen Sie bitte Ihre lokalen Elektrovorschriften.
Wie reinige ich den Glasdiffusor? +
Schalten Sie die Wandstromversorgung aus und lassen Sie das Leuchtmittel abkühlen. Wischen Sie das glatte Glas mit einem weichen Tuch, das mit milder Glasreiniger befeuchtet ist, für die klarste Oberfläche ab. Staub das Metallgehäuse mit einem weichen trockenen Tuch ab; bei Kupfer bewahrt ein trockenes Mikrofasertuch den warmen Ton am besten.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
