A deconstruction of the recognizable ring chandelier, Murcia breaks the circular form into separate staggered arcs. The arcs orbit around an Aged Brass orb at the center and the bulbs are deliberately spaced equidistant from each other creating an overall soothing, rhythmic effect.

The alabaster story
Quarried in Spain, glowing from within
Spanish alabaster is a soft, translucent stone. Cut into shades a few millimetres thick, it turns an LED into a warm, even glow with the veining floating inside. Each shade is cut from its own block, so tone and pattern differ slightly from piece to piece — that is the material, not a fault.
