A sculptural pendant chandelier in a contemporary naturalist vocabulary — hand-cast solid brass branches radiate above and below a black drum shade, the upper canopy reaching toward the ceiling and the lower spray fanning down across a dining table or kitchen island. A frosted glass diffuser within the drum tempers the four E26 light points into a soft, even downcast wash.
The brass branches are sand-cast individually, then welded into the upper and lower armatures so each fixture has small variations in branch placement and tip orientation. Installation
- Licensed electrician required. Hardwired ceiling pendant via supplied canopy plate and chain.
- Confirm ceiling support. 20–35 kg assembled exceeds standard junction-box rating — code-rated fixture brace or joist anchor required.
- Hang the lower drum 30–34″ above the dining table, or 7 ft+ above the foyer floor in walking zones. The lower brass spray extends below the drum — measure to the lowest branch tip when planning clearance.
- Specialist installer recommended. Cast-brass branches can shift during un-crating — handle by the upper canopy or central spine, not by individual branch tips.
- Bulbs supplied by installer. 4 × E26 LED at 2700K warm white. Standard A19 LEDs or globe-shape decorative LEDs both work — frosted diffuser conceals bulb shape.

What size dining table or island does it suit? +
The Ø 35″ shade suits dining tables and kitchen islands 54–72″ long — typical of seating for 4 to 8. As a rule, chandelier diameter should sit between half and two-thirds of table or island width. Hang the lower drum 30–34″ above the table top measured from the finished surface; allow extra clearance for the lower brass branches which extend below the drum.
How heavy is it and what ceiling support do I need? +
Solid cast-brass branches plus aluminum drum and glass diffuser typically weigh 20–35 kg (45–75 lbs) assembled — at or above the rated load of standard residential junction boxes (≈ 25 kg / 55 lbs). Your electrician should install a certified heavy-duty fixture brace or anchor to a structural joist before mounting. Contact us for confirmed shipping weight.
What bulbs does it take? +
4 × E26 medium-base bulbs (US standard), supplied by your installer. We recommend E26 LED at 2700K warm white, ≤ 60W incandescent-equivalent. The frosted glass diffuser conceals bulb shape so standard A19 LEDs, globe LEDs, or vintage filament-style LEDs all work — choose for color quality (CRI 90+) rather than appearance.
Is it dimmable? Lutron-compatible? +
Standard wiring is non-dimming. TRIAC-dimmable wiring is available as a custom build — please specify when contacting us. The TRIAC variant is compatible with Lutron Caséta, Diva, and standard forward-phase wall dimmers when paired with dimmable LED bulbs. See our dimming protocols guide.
Can I get a longer chain or different finish? +
Yes — longer chain drops for taller ceilings (36–60″) available on request. The polished-brass-and-matte-black combination is the standard; alternative shade colors (cream linen, dark bronze) and alternative brass patina (antique, dark bronzed) can be quoted as custom builds. The glass story
Shaped by hand, cooled slowly
Our glass shades are gathered from the furnace and blown or pressed by hand, then annealed slowly so the colour stays even and the wall stays strong. Small bubbles and slight differences between pieces are not flaws — they are how you know a hand made it.
