Shell Waterfall Chandelier

Radilum's "Shell" mother-of-pearl cascading pendant- and chandelier series have their origin in a playful game with light and mother of pearl shells or silver. These delightful chandeliers, when not lit, constitute a very decorative element and when lit, give the room a festive, slightly oriental atmosphere. The Shell lamps make a tinkling noise when they are stirred by a gentle breeze. All of the Shell lamps are hand-made.

Every Radilum fixture is made when you order it — metal cast and finished by hand, stone cut from its own block, glass blown in small batches. That is why lead times are counted in days and weeks rather than hours, and why small variations between pieces are part of the design.

Sizing a chandelier

Add the room’s length and width in feet — that number in inches is a comfortable diameter. Then check the ceiling can carry the weight.

Dining tableDiameter ½–⅔ of the table width; bottom 30–34″ above the table.

Foyer & stairwellBottom at least 7 ft above the floor; in a double-height hall hang it level with the second-floor line.
