Instalación
- Instalación empotrada en la pared — se recomienda la intervención de un electricista autorizado.
- Se adapta a una caja de pared estándar de un solo módulo. Todos los herrajes de montaje están incluidos.
- Manipula el ónice con cuidado durante la instalación — la piedra natural puede astillarse si golpea contra un borde duro.
- Colocación recomendada: a la altura de los ojos (≈ 150 cm / 60″ desde el suelo) para pasillos, o 80–100 cm por encima de superficies junto a la cama. Queda hermoso flanqueando un espejo o cama.
- Confirma que la caja de pared pueda soportar 2.56 kg / 5.6 lbs — está muy por dentro de la capacidad estándar, pero vale la pena verificar en paredes antiguas.

Porque cada pieza de ónice es genuinamente única, queremos que veas y elijas la piedra exacta antes de enviarla. Dentro de 1 día hábil de tu pedido, recibirás un correo electrónico con fotos de las piezas de ónice disponibles actualmente. Una vez que confirmes tu favorita, preparamos el acabado final y enviamos — normalmente dentro de 2–3 días hábiles desde tu confirmación.
¿Y si no me gusta ninguna de las piedras que me envían? +
Cuéntanos — te mostraremos el siguiente lote disponible cuando lleguen nuevas piedras, o procesaremos un reembolso completo si lo prefieres. Tu pedido no se finaliza hasta que confirmes tu elección de piedra, así que no hay riesgo al realizar un pedido con SKU Universal.
¿Puedo solicitar veteado o color específico? +
Sí. Añade una nota al finalizar la compra describiendo tu preferencia: "más veteado", "el menor veteado posible", "tono más claro", "tono más oscuro", o "más translúcido". Haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para coincidir con tu preferencia del stock actual cuando enviemos la selección de fotos.
¿Es ónice real o un compuesto tipo piedra? +
Es ónice blanco natural auténtico — extraído, tallado a mano y acabado en piedra genuina. Las vetas, la ligera translucidez cuando se ilumina y la sutileza tonal no pueden ser reproducidas por materiales compuestos o impresos. El corte y el acabado se realizan a mano, por lo que cada pieza es única.
¿Qué bombilla recomienda? +
Una bombilla LED G9 en blanco cálido (2700K), de 3–4W. La luz cálida resalta la translucidez natural del ónice y suaviza la difusión del globo de vidrio. Evita bombillas de luz blanca fría o luz diurna — contrastan con la calidez natural de la piedra.
¿La lámpara es regulable? +
Sí — combinada con una bombilla LED G9 regulable y un atenuador de pared compatible con TRIAC (por ejemplo Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora), el Orli se atenúa suavemente. La luz atenuada es particularmente atmosférica — el resplandor cálido acentúa las vetas de la piedra conforme transiciona de brillante a suave.

¿Cómo limpio el ónice natural? +
Apaga la energía de pared y deja que la bombilla se enfríe. Limpia con un paño suave y seco. Para una limpieza más profunda, pasa un paño suave ligeramente humedecido con agua y una gota de jabón suave neutro en pH. Evita limpiadores ácidos (vinagre, limón, productos a base de cítricos) que pueden grabar la piedra natural. No utilices esponjas abrasivas ni compuestos pulidores.
¿Qué sucede si el ónice llega astillado o agrietado? +
La piedra natural se empaca cuidadosamente pero ocasionalmente puede dañarse durante el transporte. Si tu aplique llega astillado o agrietado, contáctanos dentro de 48 horas de la entrega con fotos — nos encargaremos de gestionar un reemplazo rápidamente. No instales una pieza dañada.

Natural stone behaves differently from mass-produced materials. Here is exactly what to expect — and how our support team has you covered at every step.
Q1. Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
No — and that is the point. Because each Orli is cut from a unique block of natural stone, its veining, color depth and pattern will be its own. Your piece will share the same family and tone as the photos shown, but the exact movement of the stone is one-of-a-kind. This natural variation is a hallmark of genuine stone, not a defect, and is not grounds for return on its own.
Q2. Are natural lines, spots or fine veins normal?
Yes. Natural marble, onyx, travertine and alabaster contain mineral veins, subtle color shifts, tiny pits (especially in travertine, which is naturally porous) and faint internal lines. These are formed over millions of years and are part of the material's authenticity. When lit, some veins may appear more visible — this is the translucency working as intended. Only a structural crack that affects function is considered a fault.
Q3. What if it arrives damaged or broken in transit?
Stone is fragile, so every Orli is packed in protective, shock-absorbing packaging. In the rare event it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund — no complicated process. Keeping the original packaging helps us resolve it faster.
Q4. How heavy is it, and what wall does it need?
Because the body is solid stone, the Orli is heavier than a typical metal sconce. It is designed to mount on a standard wall junction box with the included bracket and hardware. For drywall, we recommend fixing into a stud or using appropriate heavy-duty anchors. If you are unsure about your wall type, our team can advise before you install.
Q5. What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?
The Orli uses a standard screw socket (E26 in North America / E27 elsewhere) and ships ready for a warm 3000K bulb to best reveal the stone's glow. It is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmable bulb and a matching wall dimmer. If you need a specific voltage, socket or color temperature, let us know at checkout and we will confirm before shipping.
Q6. How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners (vinegar, citrus, scouring pads), which can etch natural stone. For bathroom installs, mount in a dry zone away from direct water spray to protect both the stone and the wiring.

Every Orli is bench-tested before it leaves our workshop and backed by worry-free after-sales support. We stand behind the electrical components and structural integrity of the fixture. Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
