Cada pieza se corta a mano de una losa única — no hay dos unidades que compartan el mismo patrón de vetas, intensidad de color o diseño. El globo de vidrio esmerilado difumina la bombilla en un brillo suave que se refleja delicadamente en la piedra pulida detrás.

¿Por qué es esto un SKU Universal? +
Porque cada disco de mármol Calacatta Viola se corta de una losa única, no hay dos iguales. Listar cada piedra individual por separado significaría confusión constante de agotamiento de existencias. El SKU Universal te permite hacer el pedido y luego elegir tu pieza específica de fotos que enviamos dentro de 1 día hábil — así ves exactamente lo que estás obteniendo antes de que lo enviemos.
¿Y si no me gustan las piedras que ofreces? +
Solo avísanos — extraeremos alternativas de lotes de losa próximos y enviaremos nuevas fotos, o procesaremos un reembolso antes del envío si ninguna piedra disponible cumple tus expectativas. Nunca estás comprometido a una pieza específica que no hayas aprobado.
¿Qué tipo de bombilla usa? +
Una bombilla LED G9 (no incluida). G9 es una base de dos pines pequeña, común en accesorios decorativos compactos — ampliamente disponible en proveedores de iluminación. Recomendamos una bombilla LED G9 regulable de hasta 5W en blanco cálido (3000K) para el mejor efecto de brillo suave a través del vidrio esmerilado.
¿Es regulable? +
El accesorio en sí no es regulable, pero se vuelve completamente regulable cuando se combina con una bombilla LED G9 regulable y un regulador de pared TRIAC estándar (ambos se venden por separado).
¿Puedo instalarlo en un baño? +
Calacatta Viola es un mármol natural poroso. El accesorio está clasificado IP20 solo para interiores secos — perfecto junto a un espejo de baño lejos del contacto directo con agua, pero no es adecuado para zonas de ducha, encima de bañeras, o cualquier ambiente de alta humedad donde la humedad pudiera manchar o dañar la piedra.

Natural stone behaves differently from mass-produced materials. Here is exactly what to expect — and how our support team has you covered at every step.
Q1. Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
No — and that is the point. Because each Orli is cut from a unique block of natural stone, its veining, color depth and pattern will be its own. Your piece will share the same family and tone as the photos shown, but the exact movement of the stone is one-of-a-kind. This natural variation is a hallmark of genuine stone, not a defect, and is not grounds for return on its own.
Q2. Are natural lines, spots or fine veins normal?
Yes. Natural marble, onyx, travertine and alabaster contain mineral veins, subtle color shifts, tiny pits (especially in travertine, which is naturally porous) and faint internal lines. These are formed over millions of years and are part of the material's authenticity. When lit, some veins may appear more visible — this is the translucency working as intended. Only a structural crack that affects function is considered a fault.
Q3. What if it arrives damaged or broken in transit?
Stone is fragile, so every Orli is packed in protective, shock-absorbing packaging. In the rare event it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund — no complicated process. Keeping the original packaging helps us resolve it faster.
Q4. How heavy is it, and what wall does it need?
Because the body is solid stone, the Orli is heavier than a typical metal sconce. It is designed to mount on a standard wall junction box with the included bracket and hardware. For drywall, we recommend fixing into a stud or using appropriate heavy-duty anchors. If you are unsure about your wall type, our team can advise before you install.
Q5. What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?
The Orli uses a standard screw socket (E26 in North America / E27 elsewhere) and ships ready for a warm 3000K bulb to best reveal the stone's glow. It is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmable bulb and a matching wall dimmer. If you need a specific voltage, socket or color temperature, let us know at checkout and we will confirm before shipping.
Q6. How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners (vinegar, citrus, scouring pads), which can etch natural stone. For bathroom installs, mount in a dry zone away from direct water spray to protect both the stone and the wiring.
Q7. What does your warranty & support cover?
Every Orli is bench-tested before it leaves our workshop and backed by worry-free after-sales support. We stand behind the electrical components and structural integrity of the fixture. Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
