Cada patrón de travertino es único. Esta es una lámpara colgante de piedra natural auténtica, así que el patrón de vetas, el piquetado y el gradiente tonal de tu pieza no coincidirán exactamente con las fotos del catálogo. La forma, las dimensiones y el color crema cálido general coincidirán — pero el carácter de la superficie es único. Vemos esto como la firma del producto, no como un defecto.

Instalación
- Instalación de techo cableada — se recomienda un electricista autorizado.
- Todos los herrajes de montaje y un cable colgante de 59″ / 150 cm están incluidos. La longitud del cable es ajustable in situ.
- Crítico: el controlador de atenuación TRIAC debe colocarse fuera del dosel — típicamente dentro de la cavidad del techo. No encierres el controlador dentro de la carcasa del dosel, ya que esto afectará el rendimiento de la atenuación y la disipación de calor.
- Para barras de desayuno e islas de cocina, cuelga a 75–90 cm (30–36″) por encima de la encimera.
- Para mesas de comedor, cuelga a 75–85 cm (30–34″) por encima de la superficie de la mesa para el mejor equilibrio de luz y espacio libre.
- Manipula la piedra con cuidado durante la instalación — el travertino natural, aunque es sólido, puede astillarse si se golpea contra una arista dura.

Es travertino natural auténtico — extraído, cortado y acabado a partir de piedra genuina. Esto significa que la superficie presenta poros naturales auténticos (pequeñas cavidades características del travertino), patrones de vetas únicos y gradientes tonales sutiles. No es un compuesto impreso o moldeado.
¿Se verá mi pieza como en las fotos? +
La forma, dimensiones y color beige cálido coincidirán exactamente. El patrón de la superficie — dirección de las vetas, densidad de poros y gradiente tonal — será único en tu pieza, ya que cada una se corta de una sección diferente de la piedra. Si deseas solicitar un estilo de patrón particular (por ejemplo, "más uniforme" o "veteado más pronunciado"), contáctanos antes de realizar el pedido — haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para acomodarte.
¿Por qué el controlador del dimmer debe estar fuera del dosel? +
El controlador de atenuación TRIAC genera calor durante la operación. Si está encerrado dentro del dosel del techo con la luminaria, el controlador puede sobrecalentarse — causando parpadeo de atenuación, fallo prematuro, o en casos extremos, que el dosel se caliente al tacto. Instalar el controlador en la cavidad del techo (u otro espacio ventilado fuera del dosel) garantiza un rendimiento estable y una larga vida útil del controlador.
¿Necesito comprar una bombilla? +
No. El colgante tiene un LED integrado incorporado — sin compra de bombilla, sin reemplazo, sin problemas de compatibilidad. El módulo tiene una potencia de ~18W con una salida de 1260 lm (equivalente aproximadamente al brillo de una bombilla incandescente de 100W en un tono blanco cálido).
¿Qué sucede si el LED deja de funcionar? +
El LED integrado está diseñado para durar muchos años de uso típico. En el raro caso de un fallo, por favor contáctanos directamente con tu SKU y detalles del pedido, y nos encargaremos del servicio de reemplazo. No recomendamos la auto-reparación — acceder al LED requiere un manejo cuidadoso del cuerpo de piedra natural.
¿La lámpara es regulable? +
Sí — el colgante Travertine es compatible con atenuadores de pared compatibles con TRIAC (por ejemplo, Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora). Importante: el controlador del dimmer debe colocarse fuera del dosel para un rendimiento adecuado. Por favor, confirma esto con tu electricista antes de la instalación.
¿Qué tamaño debo elegir? +
Como guía general: 1 Cabezal (∅ 20 cm) es ideal para mesitas de noche, pasillos, o como acento pequeño. 2 Cabezales (L 55 cm) — perfecto sobre barras de desayuno, tocadores, o mesas de comedor pequeñas para 2–4 personas. 3 Cabezales (L 100 cm) — el tamaño estrella, ideal para islas de cocina, mesas de comedor largas (180 cm+), o espacios abiertos.
¿Cómo limpio el travertino? +
Apaga la alimentación de la pared y deja que la luminaria se enfríe. Limpia regularmente con un paño suave y seco o un plumero. Para una limpieza más profunda, pasa un paño suave ligeramente humedecido con agua y jabón neutro de pH — evita limpiadores ácidos (vinagre, limón, productos cítricos) que corroen la piedra natural. No uses esponjas abrasivas. Los poros naturales retendrán polvo con el tiempo, lo que es parte del carácter del material.
¿Qué pasa si la piedra llega astillada o agrietada? +
La piedra natural se empaca cuidadosamente pero ocasionalmente puede dañarse en tránsito. Si tu colgante llega astillado o agrietado, contáctanos dentro de 48 horas de la entrega con fotos — nos encargaremos de un reemplazo rápido. No instales una pieza dañada.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
