Een moderne hanglampe in een eigentijds neoklassiek vocabulaire — twee hoekige witalabasternpanelen gesuspendeerd binnen een open glanzend messing frame, dat de silhouet van een kleine klassieke lantaarn in vlakke vlakken weergeeft. Installatie
- Erkende elektricien vereist. Hardwired plafondarmatuur via meegeleverde canopyplaat en modulaire suspensiestaaf.
- Vakbekwame installateur aanbevolen. Alabaster is een zacht mineraal — behandel de panelen voorzichtig bij het uitpakken; til alleen aan het messingframe.
- Hang de onderrand 30–34″ boven het keukeneiland of de eettafel, of 7 ft+ boven de vloer in loopzones. Stel de modulaire staaf (12″ + 12″) ter plaatse aan aan het plafond.
- Kleurtemperatuur bij bestelling opgeven. 2700K warm of 4000K neutraal — gekozen bij afrekenen, niet ter plaatse aanpasbaar.
- Vrachtbezorging. Alabasterplaten individueel verpakt — pak langzaam uit met twee personen.

Voor welk keukeneiland of eettafel is het geschikt? +
Het Ø 14″-armatuur is geschikt voor keukeneilanden en eettafels van 36–60″ lang als enkel armatuur, of 60–96″ in een rij van 2–3. Voor eilanden en tafels breder dan 60″ dient u meerdere armaturen in te plannen, op 24–30″ uit elkaar (center-to-center). Hang de onderrand 30–34″ boven het eiland of tafelblad, gemeten van het afgewerkte oppervlak.
Warm of koel licht — wat zou ik kiezen? +
Kies 2700K warm wit voor residentiële eetkamers, ontbijtnooks, voyers en leeshoeken — het ziet er uit als kaarslicht door het alabaster en benadrukt de natuurlijke crème- en ambertinten in de nervatuur. Kies 4000K koel wit voor keukeneilanden, galerieinterieurs en moderne wit-en-steen ruimtes — het ziet er uit als daglicht en benadrukt de koele zijde van de alabasternervatuur. Kleurtemperatuur wordt bij checkout geselecteerd en kan niet ter plaatse worden gewijzigd; bevestig dit dus voordat u bestelt.
Zal mijn armatuur overeenstemmen met de foto's? +
Het messingframe en de silhouet zijn volgens consistente specificatie gemaakt — uw armatuur zal identiek in vorm verschijnen. Het alabaster wordt echter met de hand gesneden uit natuurlijke blokken: nervatuurpatronen, doorzichtigheid, exacte toon en kleine minerale inclusies verschillen tussen panelen. Het armatuur dat u ontvangt zal binnen dezelfde visuele taal als de foto's vallen, maar zal op netvaatniveau duidelijk verschillend zijn.
Is het dimbaar? Lutron-compatibel? +
De standaard geïntegreerde LED is niet dimbaar en werkt niet met standaard TRIAC wanddimmers. TRIAC-dimbare bedrading is beschikbaar als maakaanpassing — geef dit op wanneer u contact met ons opneemt voordat u bestelt. De dimbaarheid is compatibel met Lutron Caséta, Diva en forward-phase wanddimmers. Zie onze gids dimprotocollen.
Hoe reinig ik het alabaster? +
Stofaf met een zachte, droge microvezelddoek. Gebruik geen water, glasreiniger, ammonia, azijn of enige vloeistof — albast is poreus en water zal het oppervlak verkleuren of vlekken veroorzaken. Voor vingerafdrukken gebruikt u een droge chamois of zachte katoenen doek. Houd het armatuur uit vochtige ruimten (stoombadinrichtingen, direct boven fornuizen) om het natuursteen in de loop der tijd te behouden.
Geschikt voor horeca- en commerciële projecten? +
Ja — hotelkwaliteit. Handgesneden albast en geïntegreerde verzegelde LED zijn geschikt voor luxe hotelsuites en presidentiële suites, privé-eetgedeelten en barruimten van restaurants, clublounge's en hedendaagse of neoklassieke residentiële projecten. Because alabaster is a living natural stone, every piece carries its own unique veining and tonal variation — a quality we celebrate rather than suppress. We are unable to specify, select, or replicate any particular pattern. Ink marbling, lightning veins, ice-crack formations, and snowflake inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute a quality issue. Every alabaster lamp begins as raw stone and arrives in your hands only after passing through a sequence of precise, unhurried steps — performed by artisans who know how to listen to the material before they shape it.
Material Selection
Rough blocks are hand-assessed at the quarry for translucence, structural integrity, and depth of colour within.
Precision Cutting
Diamond instruments slice the stone into workable panels, guided by its natural grain rather than against it.
Sculpting
Artisans turn, carve, and hollow each form by hand — responding to the stone's character as it is revealed.
Hand Polishing
Progressively finer grits refine the surface until the stone's interior luminosity is fully realised.
Final Assembly
LED modules, solid brass fittings, and hand-finished hardware are fitted and inspected — each piece individually, never in batches.

Every alabaster fixture is completed by its metalwork — the canopy, stem, arms, and fittings that carry the stone and frame its glow. Each is available in seventeen numbered finishes from the Radilum Finishes Library: brass, bronze, iron, steel, nickel, and chrome characters, hand-applied and sealed, or a custom patina grown to match a sample you send us.

Alabaster is genuine natural stone — each fixture carries substantial weight and deserves the same careful handling you would extend to any fine sculpture. A few simple practices will preserve both piece and electrical integrity for a lifetime.
- 01Never lift by the power cord.The cord is not load-bearing. Tension applied to it can damage internal LED wiring and lead to connection failure over time.
- 02Always support the stone body.Cradle the fixture with both hands when moving or installing. For larger pieces, two people are strongly recommended.
- 03Clean gently; dust often.A dry, soft cloth is all that is needed. Avoid water, solvents, and abrasives — they will dull the polished surface irreversibly.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
