Costantina is een vloerlamp die werkt met indirect licht — de lichtsraal wordt van het oog weggestuurd en stuitert tegen muren of plafond om de ruimte met een zachte, verspreide gloed te vullen in plaats van een directe lichtkegel. Met een hoogte van 165 cm en een voetprint van 35 cm heeft het aanwezigheid in een ruimte zonder veel ruimte in beslag te nemen. Het zwarte ijzeren voetwerk geeft visueel gewicht, terwijl het bovenste deel de gekozen afwerking draagt.
Twee lichaamafwerkingen — Wit en Houtkleur — rusten op dezelfde mat zwarte voet, wat twee verschillende looks van dezelfde vorm oplevert. Wit is schoon en architectonisch; houttint is warmer en meer structureel. Het plug-in snoer betekent dat geen bekabeling nodig is — het kan vrij in elke ruimte worden verplaatst.

Wit werkt het best in kamers met een schoon, neutraal kleurenpalet — witte of lichte muren, beton, grijs linnen en minimaal meubilair. Het contrast tussen de zwarte voet en het witte lichaam leest als opzettelijk en architectonisch. Houtkleur brengt warmte — de eikentint overbrugt de zwarte voet en maakt het minder streng. Nee — Costantina is een plug-in lamp met een snoer van 150 cm (59″). Het steekt rechtstreeks in een standaard wandcontactdoos zonder elektrische installatie. Dit maakt het geschikt voor huurflats, kamers zonder plafondverdeeldozen en elke ruimte waar je flexibele lamppositionering wilt. Het snoer is 150 cm lang — controleer de contactdooslocatie ten opzichte van je beoogde lampositie voor je bestelt.
Welke gloeilamp moet ik gebruiken? +
Een 6–10W LED bij 2700–3000K warm wit in een E26 (VS) of E27 (internationaal) fitting. Voor indirect licht kies je een peertje met een gevroren of opaal glazen diffuser in plaats van helder — het produceert een soepele gereflecteerde gloed zonder zichtbare hotspots op de muur of het plafond. Vermijd peertjes boven de 10W; indirect licht is van nature ambient en hoger vermogen is zelden nodig. Peertjes zijn niet inbegrepen.

Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
