Instalação
- Instalação de tecto fixa — recomenda-se um electricista licenciado.
- Todo o hardware de montagem e um cabo de suspensão de 59″ / 150 cm estão inclusos. O comprimento do cabo é ajustável no local.
- Crítico: o controlador de regulação TRIAC deve ser colocado fora do canhão — normalmente dentro da cavidade do teto. Não coloque o controlador dentro do canhão, pois isto afetará o desempenho da regulação e a dissipação de calor.
- Para balcões de cozinha e ilhas, suspenda a 75–90 cm (30–36″) acima da bancada.
- Para mesas de jantar, suspenda a 75–85 cm (30–34″) acima da superfície da mesa para o melhor equilíbrio entre luz e espaço.
- Manuseie a pedra com cuidado durante a instalação — o travertino natural, embora sólido, pode lascar se bater numa aresta dura.

É travertino natural genuíno — extraído, cortado e acabado a partir de pedra autêntica. Isto significa que a superfície apresenta porosidade natural característica do travertino (pequenas cavidades), padrões de veios únicos e gradientes tonais subtis. Não é um compósito impresso ou moldado.
O meu acessório parecerá como nas fotos? +
A forma, as dimensões e a cor bege quente geral corresponderão exatamente. O padrão da superfície — direção dos veios, densidade de porosidade e gradiente tonal — será único na sua peça, uma vez que cada uma é cortada de uma secção diferente da pedra. Se gostaria de solicitar um estilo de padrão particular (por exemplo, "mais uniforme" ou "veios mais pronunciados"), contacte-nos antes de fazer a encomenda — faremos o nosso melhor para acomodar.
Por que é que o controlador de dimmer precisa de estar fora do canópus? +
O controlador dimmer TRIAC gera calor durante o funcionamento. Se encerrado dentro do canópus do tecto com a luminária, o controlador pode sobreaquecer — causando cintilação do dimmer, falha prematura ou, em casos extremos, o canópus ficar quente ao toque. Instalar o controlador na cavidade do tecto (ou noutro espaço ventilado fora do canópus) garante desempenho estável e vida útil prolongada do controlador.
Preciso de comprar uma lâmpada? +
Não. O candeeiro de suspensão tem um LED integrado incorporado — sem compra de lâmpada, sem substituição, sem preocupações de compatibilidade. O módulo está classificado em ~18W com uma saída de 1260 lm (equivalente ao brilho aproximado de uma lâmpada incandescente de 100W num tom branco quente).
E se o LED deixar de funcionar? +
O LED integrado foi concebido para durar muitos anos de utilização típica. No raro caso de uma falha, por favor contacte-nos diretamente com o seu SKU e detalhes da encomenda, e providenciaremos o serviço de substituição. Não recomendamos auto-reparação — o acesso ao LED requer um manuseamento cuidadoso do corpo em pedra natural.
A luminária é regulável? +
Sim — o candeeiro de suspensão Travertine funciona com reguladores de parede compatíveis com TRIAC (por exemplo, Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora). Importante: o controlador dimmer deve ser colocado fora do canópus para desempenho adequado. Por favor, confirme isto com o seu eletricista antes da instalação.
Que tamanho devo escolher? +
Como orientação geral: 1 Cabeça (∅ 20 cm) adequada para cabeceira, corredores ou como um pequeno acento. 2 Cabeças (C 55 cm) — perfeita sobre balcões de pequeno-almoço, penteadores ou mesas de refeição pequenas para 2–4 pessoas. 3 Cabeças (C 100 cm) — o tamanho marcante, ideal para ilhas de cozinha, mesas de refeição longas (180 cm+) ou espaços open-plan.
Como limpo o travertino? +
Desligue a alimentação da parede e deixe a luminária arrefecer. Limpe o pó regularmente com um pano macio seco ou um espanador de penas. Para limpeza mais profunda, passe um pano macio ligeiramente humedecido com água e sabão neutro de pH — evite detergentes ácidos (vinagre, limão, à base de citrinos) que corroem a pedra natural. Não utilize esponjas abrasivas. A porosidade natural reterá pó ao longo do tempo, o que faz parte do carácter do material.
E se a pedra chegar lascada ou rachada? +
A pedra natural é cuidadosamente embalada mas pode ocasionalmente sofrer danos durante o transporte. Se o seu candeeiro de suspensão chegar lascado ou rachado, contacte-nos dentro de 48 horas da entrega com fotografias — providenciaremos uma substituição prontamente. Não instale uma peça danificada.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
