O Suspenso Lantern baseia-se na lógica da tradicional lanterna de rua — luz protegida numa forma envolvente delicada. Os difusores em vidro branco estão dispostos ao longo de uma coluna em ferro canelado dourado, cada um flutuando contra a estrutura vertical em vez de assentar sobre ela. O eixo em ferro apresenta caneluras finas que captam e redirecionam o brilho através da sua superfície canelada; pequenas esferas douradas pontuam a coluna em intervalos, funcionando como pontos de repouso visuais entre as formas maiores de vidro.
Com 150 cm de altura e apenas 25 cm de diâmetro, o Lantern lê-se como um elemento vertical — mais coluna do que candelabro. É apropriado para salas de jantar e entradas com pé-direito elevado, onde o luminoso necessita de presença vertical sem expansão horizontal, e combina naturalmente com interiores clássicos, transicionais e Art Deco, onde o dourado e o branco são uma combinação fundamental.
Dimensões
Não adequado para tetos inclinados. O Suspenso Lantern foi concebido para instalação apenas em tetos planos. A forma da coluna vertical requer uma montagem de dossel ao nível — um teto inclinado fará com que o luminoso penda em ângulo. Não instale em superfícies de teto inclinado ou abobadado.
Requisito de altura do teto. Com altura de corpo de 150 cm mais haste de suspensão de 100 cm, a queda total do teto até ao fundo é aproximadamente de 250 cm antes de qualquer ajuste. Recomenda-se uma altura mínima de teto de 3,2 m para garantir espaço livre adequado acima do nível da cabeça. A haste de suspensão pode ser encurtada durante a instalação para se adequar a tetos mais baixos.

Qual deve ser a altura do meu teto? +
O corpo da luminária tem 150 cm de altura. Adicione a vara de suspensão de 100 cm e a queda total da superfície do teto até ao fundo da luminária é aproximadamente 250 cm antes de qualquer ajuste da vara. Para manter um espaço confortável acima do nível da cabeça (aproximadamente 200 cm do chão), necessita de pelo menos 3,2 m de altura de teto. A vara de suspensão pode ser encurtada durante a instalação se o seu teto for mais baixo, mas o corpo da luminária de 150 cm não pode ser encurtado. Confirme a altura do seu teto antes de fazer a encomenda.
Por que não pode ser instalada num teto inclinado? +
A forma de coluna vertical da Lantern Pendant é concebida para pendurar na vertical — perfeitamente perpendicular. Um dossel de teto inclinado inclinará o ponto de suspensão, fazendo com que toda a coluna de 150 cm penda num ângulo em vez de descer em linha reta. Ao contrário de pendentes mais curtos onde uma ligeira inclinação é praticamente imperceptível, a altura de 150 cm torna mesmo um ângulo pequeno visualmente significativo. Os adaptadores padrão para tetos inclinados também não resolvem adequadamente este problema para uma luminária deste comprimento.
Que lâmpada devo utilizar? +
Uma lâmpada padrão E26 (EUA) ou E27 (internacional). Para uma luminária deste estilo — coluna dourada, vidro branco, referências Art Deco — uma lâmpada LED branco quente 2700K com 6–10W com um globo fosco ou opalino produz um brilho suave e uniforme através do vidro branco. Uma lâmpada LED de filamento tipo Edison num globo ou forma de vela também se adequa à estética do período. Evite lâmpadas branco frio (4000K+) — entram em conflito com o acabamento dourado quente. As lâmpadas não estão incluídas.
É regulável em intensidade? +
Sim, quando equipada com uma lâmpada LED regulável e um comutador regulador de parede compatível TRIAC (ambos vendidos separadamente). Especifique "regulável" ao comprar a lâmpada E26/E27 e confirme que o seu comutador regulador está classificado para cargas LED. A regulação realça significativamente o carácter ambiente quente da luminária.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.

I was having a really difficult time finding pendent lighting that didn't look too small and that wasn't the farmhouse style everyone is wanting these days. These are the perfect size and are a great more contemporary choice, without being too over the top. The quality is great and they give off the perfect amount of light.
