Это настоящий натуральный белый оникс — добытый, ручной обработки и отделки из подлинного камня. Жилки, лёгкая прозрачность при подсветке и тональные нюансы невозможно воспроизвести композитными материалами или печатью. Резка и отделка выполняются вручную, поэтому каждое изделие уникально.
Какую конфигурацию выбрать для моей комнаты? +
Лампочка G9 LED в тёплом белом (2700K) мощностью 3–4W. Тёплый свет подчёркивает естественную прозрачность оникса и смягчает рассеивание стеклянного глобуса. Избегайте холодного белого или дневного света — они контрастируют с естественной теплотой камня.
Могу ли я установить это в ванной комнате? +
Да — в сочетании с диммируемой светодиодной лампочкой G9 и совместимым с TRIAC настенным диммером (например, Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora) Orli плавно регулируется. Приглушённый свет особенно атмосферен — тёплое сияние подчёркивает жилки камня при переходе от яркого к мягкому свету.

Как чистить натуральный оникс? +
Выключите питание на стене и дайте лампочке остыть. Протрите мягкой сухой тканью. Для глубокой чистки протрите мягкой тканью, слегка увлажнённой водой и каплей мягкого нейтрального по pH мыла. Избегайте кислотных очистителей (уксус, лимон, цитрусовые средства), которые могут повредить натуральный камень. Не используйте абразивные губки или полирующие средства.
Что если оникс прибудет с трещиной или сколом? +
Натуральный камень тщательно упаковывается, но может иногда повредиться при доставке. Если ваш светильник прибыл с трещиной или сколом, свяжитесь с нами в течение 48 часов после доставки с фотографиями — мы оперативно организуем замену. Не устанавливайте повреждённое изделие.

Natural stone behaves differently from mass-produced materials. Here is exactly what to expect — and how our support team has you covered at every step.
Q1. Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
No — and that is the point. Because each Orli is cut from a unique block of natural stone, its veining, color depth and pattern will be its own. Your piece will share the same family and tone as the photos shown, but the exact movement of the stone is one-of-a-kind. This natural variation is a hallmark of genuine stone, not a defect, and is not grounds for return on its own.
Q2. Are natural lines, spots or fine veins normal?
Yes. Natural marble, onyx, travertine and alabaster contain mineral veins, subtle color shifts, tiny pits (especially in travertine, which is naturally porous) and faint internal lines. These are formed over millions of years and are part of the material's authenticity. When lit, some veins may appear more visible — this is the translucency working as intended. Only a structural crack that affects function is considered a fault.
Q3. What if it arrives damaged or broken in transit?
Stone is fragile, so every Orli is packed in protective, shock-absorbing packaging. In the rare event it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund — no complicated process. Keeping the original packaging helps us resolve it faster.
Q4. How heavy is it, and what wall does it need?
Because the body is solid stone, the Orli is heavier than a typical metal sconce. It is designed to mount on a standard wall junction box with the included bracket and hardware. For drywall, we recommend fixing into a stud or using appropriate heavy-duty anchors. If you are unsure about your wall type, our team can advise before you install.
Q5. What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?
The Orli uses a standard screw socket (E26 in North America / E27 elsewhere) and ships ready for a warm 3000K bulb to best reveal the stone's glow. It is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmable bulb and a matching wall dimmer. If you need a specific voltage, socket or color temperature, let us know at checkout and we will confirm before shipping.
Q6. How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners (vinegar, citrus, scouring pads), which can etch natural stone. For bathroom installs, mount in a dry zone away from direct water spray to protect both the stone and the wiring.
Q7. What does your warranty & support cover?
Every Orli is bench-tested before it leaves our workshop and backed by worry-free after-sales support. We stand behind the electrical components and structural integrity of the fixture. If anything is wrong on arrival or fails in normal use, reach out to support@radilum.com and we will make it right with a replacement, parts or refund.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
