The LENOX is built around a single formal idea: a fan of brass tubes radiating outward from the central canopy at a uniform angle, each tube terminating in a white glass spherical globe. The fan geometry — inspired by the flowing, organic line work of Art Nouveau — gives the fixture a sense of controlled movement, the arms arrested mid-sweep. At ∅ 109 cm the single-tier version is a substantial ceiling presence; the two- and three-tier configurations stack additional rings of arms vertically, transforming the chandelier into an architectural column of light up to 190 cm tall.
Three body finishes — red, black, and silver — change the character of the fixture significantly while the white glass globes remain constant: red reads as bold and expressive, black as graphic and architectural, silver as clean and contemporary. The 30 cm + 50 cm suspension rods (both included) allow the drop height to be configured at installation.

Ceiling height requirements for multi-tier configurations.
• 5-head (H 33 cm): Standard ceiling heights (2.4 m+). Total drop with maximum rod is approximately 83 cm from ceiling surface.
• 5+4 heads (H 115 cm): Requires minimum 2.8 m ceiling. Total drop approximately 165 cm. Confirm junction box is rated for 16 kg+ before ordering.
• 5+4+1 heads (H 190 cm): Requires minimum 3.5 m ceiling — suited to double-height and loft spaces only. Total drop approximately 240 cm. Structural ceiling support must be confirmed by a licensed electrician before installation.
G9 socket — confirm bulb voltage before purchasing. This fixture uses G9 bi-pin sockets rated for AC 110V mains voltage. Most G9 bulbs sold in hardware stores are 12V low-voltage — using a 12V G9 bulb in this fixture will result in immediate failure. Purchase specifically G9 AC 110V rated LED capsules only.
Bulbs are not included. Recommended: G9 AC 110V LED capsule, 2–4W, 2700K warm white — the warm tone suits all three body finishes and produces a soft, even glow through the white glass globes.

Which configuration suits my space? +
All three versions share the same ∅ 109 cm footprint — the choice is about ceiling height and the vertical drama you want. The 5-head single-tier (H 33 cm) suits standard ceiling heights (2.4–3 m) and is the most versatile option for dining rooms and living rooms. The 5+4 two-tier (H 115 cm) suits ceilings above 2.8 m and creates a notable vertical presence — two horizontal rings of arms stacked at different levels. The 5+4+1 three-tier (H 190 cm) is for lofts and double-height spaces only — the 190 cm fixture height plus rods produce a total drop of approximately 240 cm, requiring at minimum a 3.5 m ceiling for safe and comfortable installation.
Can I get a longer hanging chain? +
The fixture includes two suspension rods (30 cm + 50 cm) that can be combined for a total fixed drop of 80 cm from the ceiling canopy. If you need a longer drop — for example, to pull at least 30 cm (1 foot) below a high junction box — please contact us before ordering and we can advise on extension options or custom rod lengths for your specific ceiling height.
Is it compatible with a dimmer switch? +
Yes — the fixture itself is passive and dimmer-compatible. To use it with a wall dimmer switch, simply replace the bulbs with dimmable G9 AC 110V LED capsules (sold separately) and ensure your wall dimmer is a TRIAC type rated for LED loads. The dimming performance depends entirely on the bulb and dimmer combination — standard non-dimmable G9 LED bulbs will flicker or fail on a dimmer circuit.
Can it be installed on a sloped / vaulted ceiling? +
Yes — the LENOX can be installed on a sloped or vaulted ceiling. A sloped ceiling canopy adapter (sold separately at most hardware and lighting suppliers) allows the ceiling rose to mount flush against an angled surface while keeping the fixture hanging vertically. Confirm the angle of your ceiling slope with your electrician before purchasing the adapter to ensure the correct type is specified.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
