La piedra natural varía. Cada pantalla de alabastro se corta a partir de piedra natural — el vetado de nubes, tono y translucidez son únicos en cada pieza. Esta es la característica del material, no un defecto.
Instalación
- Instalación de techo cableada — se recomienda un electricista autorizado.
- Se ajusta a una caja de conexión de techo estándar. El herraje de montaje está incluido.
- Suministrada con un cable de suspensión de 150 cm / 59″ — la longitud se puede acortar in situ durante la instalación.
- Tenga en cuenta el peso del accesorio (hasta 6,2 kg en tamaño grande) — asegúrese de que la caja de conexión y los anclajes estén clasificados para la carga.

¿Necesito comprar una bombilla? +
No — la Lyra utiliza un módulo LED integrado (~10W, 1100 lúmenes) que está incorporado en el accesorio. No hay bombilla para comprar o reemplazar en uso normal.
¿Por qué mi pantalla se ve diferente a las fotos? +
Cada pantalla se corta a partir de alabastro natural, y el vetado similar a nubes, tono y translucidez varían de bloque a bloque. No hay dos lámparas colgantes idénticas — esta variación es la característica definitoria de la piedra.
¿Qué tamaño debo elegir? +
El tamaño pequeño (∅ 15 cm) es ideal para caídas junto a la cama, rincones de lectura y filas de lámparas múltiples sobre una isla. El tamaño grande (∅ 20 cm) destaca como una declaración única sobre una mesa de comedor, consola de entrada o isla de cocina.
¿Se puede ajustar la altura de suspensión? +
Sí — la lámpara colgante se envía con un cable de suspensión de 150 cm / 59″ que su electricista puede acortar in situ para adaptar la altura de su techo. Para mesas de comedor, sugerimos que la parte inferior de la pantalla se sitúe aproximadamente 75–90 cm (30–36″) sobre la superficie de la mesa.

Natural Variance Is Not a Defect
Because alabaster is a living natural stone, every piece carries its own unique veining and tonal variation — a quality we celebrate rather than suppress. We are unable to specify, select, or replicate any particular pattern. Ink marbling, lightning veins, ice-crack formations, and snowflake inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute a quality issue. If you prefer a perfectly uniform finish, this collection may not align with your expectations — and we kindly invite you to consider this before placing your order.

Every alabaster lamp begins as raw stone and arrives in your hands only after passing through a sequence of precise, unhurried steps — performed by artisans who know how to listen to the material before they shape it.

Material Selection
Rough blocks are hand-assessed at the quarry for translucence, structural integrity, and depth of colour within.

Precision Cutting
Diamond instruments slice the stone into workable panels, guided by its natural grain rather than against it.

Sculpting
Artisans turn, carve, and hollow each form by hand — responding to the stone's character as it is revealed.

Hand Polishing
Progressively finer grits refine the surface until the stone's interior luminosity is fully realised.

Final Assembly
LED modules, solid brass fittings, and hand-finished hardware are fitted and inspected — each piece individually, never in batches.

Every alabaster fixture is completed by its metalwork — the canopy, stem, arms, and fittings that carry the stone and frame its glow. Each is available in seventeen numbered finishes from the Radilum Finishes Library: brass, bronze, iron, steel, nickel, and chrome characters, hand-applied and sealed, or a custom patina grown to match a sample you send us.

Order by number, not by name. "Antique brass," "aged brass," "burnished brass" — ask five workshops what those mean and five different metals come back. Finish 04 is the same physical sample in our studio, on the atelier bench, and on your packing list.

Alabaster is genuine natural stone — each fixture carries substantial weight and deserves the same careful handling you would extend to any fine sculpture. A few simple practices will preserve both piece and electrical integrity for a lifetime.
- 01Never lift by the power cord.The cord is not load-bearing. Tension applied to it can damage internal LED wiring and lead to connection failure over time.
- 02Always support the stone body.Cradle the fixture with both hands when moving or installing. For larger pieces, two people are strongly recommended.
- 03Clean gently; dust often.A dry, soft cloth is all that is needed. Avoid water, solvents, and abrasives — they will dull the polished surface irreversibly.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
