Installazione
- Installazione murale cablata — è consigliato un elettricista abilitato.
- Adatta a una scatola di parete standard a singola ganascia. Tutti gli elementi di montaggio sono inclusi.
- Maneggiare il paralume in vetro con cura durante l'installazione — il vetro soffiato a mano è più fragile del vetro pressato a macchina.
- Posizionamento consigliato: all'altezza dello sguardo (≈ 150 cm / 60″ da terra) per corridoi e pareti di accento; 75–95 cm sopra le superfici dei comodini per l'uso in camera da letto.
- Dimmerabile se abbinata a una lampadina LED dimmerabile e a un interruttore dimmer da parete compatibile con TRIAC.

Il vetro è davvero soffiato a mano? +
Sì — ogni paralume in vetro Flower è soffiato a bocca da artigiani esperti del vetro, non stampato a macchina. Di conseguenza, ogni pezzo presenta caratteristiche uniche: variazioni sottili nello spessore delle pareti, una leggera asimmetria nella curva del petalo, e occasionali piccole bolle intrappolate nel vetro. Questi sono segni di autenticità, non difetti, e catturano la luce in modi che il vetro uniforme da macchina non può.
Come appaiono i quattro colori quando accesi rispetto a spenti? +
Il vetro è traslucido, quindi il colore si legge diversamente acceso rispetto a spento. Beige White — crema morbida da spento, delicato bagliore bianco-caldo quando acceso. Green — tonalità salvia da spento, calmo bagliore verde-foglia quando acceso. Brown — tè affumicato da spento, profondo bagliore ambra-marrone quando acceso. La forma, il colore e le dimensioni corrisponderanno — ma poiché ogni paralume è soffiato a bocca, aspettati una sottile variazione individuale nello spessore del vetro, nella texture della superficie e nella gradazione del tono. Il tuo pezzo sarà visibilmente fatto a mano, il che fa parte di ciò che distingue il vetro soffiato a mano dalle alternative fatte a macchina.
Quale lampadina consigli? +
Una lampadina LED bianco-caldo (2700K) con attacco E26 o E27, da 4–6W. Una lampadina satinata o stile globo diffonde chiaramente attraverso il vetro traslucido. Evita lampadine bianco-freddo o luce diurna — contrastano il carattere del vetro caldo e producono una luce piatta e clinica attraverso il vetro colorato.
La lampada è regolabile? +
Sì — abbinata a una lampadina LED dimmerabile e a un dimmer da parete compatibile con TRIAC (ad es. Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora), la Flower Glass si attenua dolcemente. La luce attenuata è particolarmente suggestiva attraverso il vetro colorato.
Come pulisco il vetro? +
Spegni l'alimentazione a muro e lascia raffreddare la lampadina. Pulisci il vetro delicatamente con un panno morbido leggermente umido — evita spugne abrasive e prodotti chimici aggressivi. Per la polvere interna, affida la pulizia al professionista durante i cambi di lampadina; l'apertura a petalo rende difficile raggiungere l'interno senza rischi per il vetro.
Cosa succede se il vetro arriva danneggiato? +
Il vetro soffiato a mano richiede un imballaggio e una movimentazione attenti durante il transito. Se il tuo paralume arriva scheggiato o rotto, contattaci entro 48 ore dalla consegna con foto — organizzeremo una sostituzione tempestiva. Non installare un paralume danneggiato.

Tutto è iniziato con uno stelo
Osserva un campanellino in tarda primavera. Lo stelo si innalza, poi cede al peso del fiore, e il fiore finisce per pendere rivolto verso il basso da una sola curva lunga e misurata. Flora è costruita intorno a quel momento.
Qui nulla è una copia letterale di un fiore. I bracci di metallo si piegano una volta, come si piega uno stelo, mai ripiegati o angolosi. I diffusori in vetro assumono la forma del fiore, con il bordo ondulato come il margine di un petalo. È il movimento di una pianta da giardino, portato dentro casa e incaricato di sostenere una luce.

Brass holds. Glass gives.
Every Flora piece sets two materials against each other, and the tension between them is the point.
The line
Drawn into a slender tube and bent in a single curve, the metal does the structural work. It carries the weight, sets the outline and stays exactly where it is put. In brass it reads warm and faintly golden; in black it becomes an ink line drawn across the room.
The bloom
The shades are shaped by hand while the glass is still soft, so every rim settles into its own ruffle. Translucent and never perfectly symmetrical, the glass is everything the metal is not, and it is what the eye finds first.
Where they meet
At the neck of each shade, a small metal cap takes hold of the glass the way a calyx holds a petal: the one point where line and bloom touch. On the Flower wall lamp the balance flips. The glass is the whole form, and the metal shrinks to a small knob at its base.
OffOnLit, the glass takes over
Switched off, Flora is colour and line: amber, ruby or milk-white glass held up on metal. Switched on, each shade glows from within while its open mouth pours light onto the table below.
The Flower wall lamp is open at the top, so it washes the wall above in a soft fan of colour.

Hang the lowest shade 75–90 cm (30–36″) above the tabletop. Every size comes with a 30 cm + 40 cm (11.8″ + 15.7″) suspension rod. Working with a very low or very high ceiling? Ask a designer before ordering.
Wall lights in pairs and rows
The twin-arm sconce and the Flower wall lamp are sold singly, in pairs, in sets of three, or four and more. Two frame a mirror or a bed; three or more set a slow rhythm down a corridor.
A single sconce
Over a reading chair or a desk, one sconce gives two points of light from a single wall box.
Either side of a mirror
Centre each light about 150–165 cm (60–66″) from the floor and 75–100 cm (30–40″) apart, for even light on the face.
Beside the bed
Mount about 75–95 cm (30–37″) above the bedside table, one on each side of the bed.
Along a wall
At eye level, about 150 cm (60″) from the floor, repeated every 2–3 m (6½–10 ft).
The breath in the glass
Look closely and you may find a tiny bubble resting in the glass. It is a trace of the glassmaker’s breath and hand, proof that the shade came from fire and skill rather than a production line.
Because every shade is shaped by hand while the glass is soft, no two come out identical. Expect a fine bubble or two, slight shifts in the depth of colour, and a rim that ruffles a little differently from its neighbour.
These are not flaws to be screened out. They are the reason a row of Flora shades looks grown rather than manufactured, and why each piece is, quietly, one of a kind.

Which bulbs do they take?
The chandelier and the wall sconce take E12 candelabra bulbs; the Flower wall lamp takes an E26 or E27 bulb. Bulbs are not included. A warm white (2700K) LED shows the glass colours at their best.
Can the lights be dimmed?
The wall sconce and the Flower wall lamp dim with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible TRIAC wall dimmer. For the chandelier, check with the Radilum team before ordering.
How are they installed?
All three are hardwired, and installation by a licensed electrician is recommended. The wall pieces fit a standard single-gang wall box, with mounting hardware included.
Will my glass look exactly like the photographs?
Shape, size and colour will match. Because the glass is shaped by hand, expect gentle variation in tone, thickness and bubbles from shade to shade.
How should the glass be cleaned?
Switch off and let the bulbs cool. Dust with a soft, dry cloth; for marks, use a cloth barely dampened with mild soapy water, then dry. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners on both the glass and the metal.
