Spanish Alabaster Stone · Sculptural Column Floor Lamp · Hand-Cut · Plug-In
A sculptural column floor lamp — six stacked cylinders of hand-cut natural Spanish alabaster stone are separated by slim bronze rings, rising 45 inches from a circular bronze base. Lit, the column reads as a continuous shaft of warm milky-white stone, with cloud veining traveling vertically through every segment.
Real alabaster stone — quarried in Aragón, Spain and honed by hand, not alabaster-effect glass. Scaled for living-room corners, primary bedroom reading nooks, foyer entries, and luxury hotel suite vestibules.

Natural stone variations. Veining and translucency vary cylinder to cylinder — within a fixture, segments are tone-matched, but your piece will not look identical to the photographs. Default integrated LED is non-dimmable warm white. TRIAC and 0–10V dimmable drivers available on request — contact us before ordering.

Setup & Care
- Plug-in floor lamp — no electrician required. Plug the 59" cord into any standard wall outlet for your selected region.
- Place on a level, hard floor. The 11.8" circular bronze base provides stability — confirm clearance.
- Integrated LED — no bulbs to install or replace. The LED module is factory-sealed.
- Dust the alabaster with a soft dry cloth. Avoid water or solvents — alabaster is porous.
- Handle the column with care. Move from the bronze base, never lift by an alabaster segment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this real alabaster stone, or alabaster-effect glass? +
Real alabaster stone — hand-cut from Aragón, Spain. Many fixtures sold as "alabaster" in the US are actually frosted glass. Real stone has the warm milky depth, cloud veining, and luminous glow only natural alabaster produces.
Which plug option do I select? +
Choose your country's standard outlet at checkout — US (110V Type A/B), UK (220V Type G), EU (220V Type C/F), or AU (220V Type I). The lamp ships factory-wired for your chosen region; no adapter or rewiring needed.
Is it dimmable? +
The default integrated LED is non-dimmable warm white. TRIAC-dimmable and 0–10V-dimmable versions are available as custom builds — contact us before ordering. See our guide on TRIAC vs 0–10V.
Is it suitable for hospitality and trade projects? +
Yes — well-suited to luxury hotel suite living rooms, members'-club lounges, and high-end residential corners and reading nooks. Trade pricing and specification packets available for project-quantity coordination.

Sculpted by earth,
softened by light.
Rare natural alabaster, hand-carved by master artisans and illuminated from within. Every piece is unrepeatable — a singular convergence of geology and craft.
"Alabaster does not merely hold light — it breathes with it, casting a warmth that cannot be manufactured, only discovered."
Formed through millions of years of slow crystallisation, alabaster is among the world's most ancient decorative stones. When illuminated, it yields a quiet, golden luminosity — gentle, organic, irreducibly human. Our collection exists to honour that rarity, designing forms that allow the stone to speak without interruption.
No two stones
are ever alike.
Alabaster carries within it a geological autobiography — millions of years compressed into veining, crystalline structures, and tonal shifts that no craftsman could plan or replicate. Five expressive patterns emerge most consistently in our collection.

Pure
Clear SurfaceA near-uniform honey surface with barely perceptible variation — the rarest and most meditative expression of the stone.

Ink Marbling
Flowing VeinsSoft, fluid grey veining reminiscent of East Asian ink painting — atmospheric, unhurried, deeply contemplative.

Lightning Veins
Sharp BranchingBold, branching mineral lines that fracture the surface with dramatic precision — striking from any angle and in any light.

Ice Crack
Angular FracturesGeometric fissures suspended within the stone — sculptural formations that diffuse and scatter light with quiet drama.

Snowflake
Crystalline FlecksSuspended constellations of lighter crystalline matter — a delicate drift across the surface that catches light from within.
Natural Variance Is Not a Defect
Because alabaster is a living natural stone, every piece carries its own unique veining and tonal variation — a quality we celebrate rather than suppress. We are unable to specify, select, or replicate any particular pattern. Ink marbling, lightning veins, ice-crack formations, and snowflake inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute a quality issue. If you prefer a perfectly uniform finish, this collection may not align with your expectations — and we kindly invite you to consider this before placing your order.
One material,
every room in the home.
From the grandeur of a double-height chandelier to the intimate glow of a bedside lamp — alabaster scales with intention, adapting to every room's rhythm without sacrificing presence.
Five stages of
quiet craftsmanship.
Every alabaster lamp begins as raw stone and arrives in your hands only after passing through a sequence of precise, unhurried steps — performed by artisans who know how to listen to the material before they shape it.

Material Selection
Rough blocks are hand-assessed at the quarry for translucence, structural integrity, and depth of colour within.

Precision Cutting
Diamond instruments slice the stone into workable panels, guided by its natural grain rather than against it.

Sculpting
Artisans turn, carve, and hollow each form by hand — responding to the stone's character as it is revealed.

Hand Polishing
Progressively finer grits refine the surface until the stone's interior luminosity is fully realised.

Final Assembly
LED modules, solid brass fittings, and hand-finished hardware are fitted and inspected — each piece individually, never in batches.
To own an alabaster lamp is to welcome a piece of natural sculpture into your home — shaped by the earth over millennia, refined by artisans over weeks, and completed only in the moment it is illuminated.
Radilum Design Studio

Treat it as the
rare object it is.
Alabaster is genuine natural stone — each fixture carries substantial weight and deserves the same careful handling you would extend to any fine sculpture. A few simple practices will preserve both piece and electrical integrity for a lifetime.
- 01Never lift by the power cord. The cord is not load-bearing. Tension applied to it can damage internal LED wiring and lead to connection failure over time.
- 02Always support the stone body.Cradle the fixture with both hands when moving or installing. For larger pieces, two people are strongly recommended.
- 03Clean gently; dust often.A dry, soft cloth is all that is needed. Avoid water, solvents, and abrasives — they will dull the polished surface irreversibly.
See it in motion.
