Installation — please read before ordering. This fixture installs in a recessed, downlight style and is not suitable for concrete ceilings. It requires a gypsum ceiling or wooden decorative ceiling with the recessed-light holes reserved in advance. Ceiling panels are not included, so the downlight installation holes must be prepared ahead of time. Our design blueprint includes a reference diagram for the hole layout — contact us if you need the downlight hole diagram.
Height customization. We can build the pendant to any height you need. Because of its sculptural cascading shape, however, the height cannot be adjusted after installation — please confirm your drop length before ordering.
Customized service. Size, finish color, number of light sources, and hanging wire & chain length can all be tailored to your space. Communicate directly with our designers online to simplify the process.

FAQ
What kind of ceiling do I need? +
A gypsum ceiling or a wooden decorative ceiling. The fixture installs in a recessed, downlight style, so the installation holes must be reserved in advance — it is not suitable for concrete ceilings, and ceiling panels are not included. Contact us for the downlight hole reference diagram before you begin.
Can the height be changed? +
We can build the chandelier to any height you specify when ordering. Because of its cascading sculptural shape, the height cannot be adjusted once it has been installed, so please confirm your desired drop length beforehand. Standard total drop options are 200 / 250 / 300 cm (78.7″ / 98.4″ / 118.1″).
What's the difference between Clear, Gold and Amber? +
Clear glass is cool and crystalline, refracting light brightly. Gold is a soft champagne warmth — an elegant neutral. Amber is the deepest, most honeyed tone for a dramatic, warm statement. See the comparison image above to judge the look side by side.
Can I customize the size and number of lights? +
Yes. This is a made-to-order piece — size, finish color, number of light sources, and hanging wire & chain length are all customizable. You can work directly with our designers online to finalize the configuration.
How is it sized and how heavy is each piece? +
Choose from linear/wave layouts (210–240 cm long, 170–255 glass pieces) or round/spiral layouts (∅ 75–150 cm, 69–285 pieces) — see the Sizes & Configurations table above. Each individual glass unit weighs about 0.1 kg / 0.2 lbs.

Light that moves like water.
Tidal is a multi-head chandelier of hand-blown art glass — each shade a frozen swell, rippled, luminous, and never quite the same twice. Built at hospitality scale, it turns a double-height void into the moment guests remember.

Blown by breath. Shaped by tide.
Art glass is not a moulded part — it is a performance. Each Tidal shade is gathered, blown, and turned while molten, so the ripples you see are the glass remembering how it moved. No two shades repeat; every fixture is a one-of-one composition.
Organic waves catch and scatter light — soft, dimensional, never flat.
A palette of glass colours, sampled and approved before production — matched to your interior scheme.
Slender commercial-grade suspension carries real weight quietly, so the glass takes the stage.

Four minutes molten. A lifetime lit.
Every Tidal shade passes through the same fire and the same hands — the process is the pattern.

Molten glass is drawn from the furnace at over 1,000°C — glowing, alive, and ready to move.

Blown and rotated in constant motion, the swell takes shape — walls thin enough to glow, strong enough to last.

Ripples are worked into the surface while it is still molten — the moment the glass remembers forever.

Slow-cooled for strength, then mounted to brass hardware and inspected — lit once before it ships.
Made for rooms with an audience.
Tidal is scaled for the spaces where first impressions are decided — arrival, ascent, and celebration.

A wide, low-slung cluster over the lobby — guests walk in under a sky of glass.

Long drops cascade a stair or atrium void — the taller the space, the stronger the piece.

Run it long over banquet tables — warm glass light that flatters food, faces, and photographs.

In a double-height great room, one Tidal does what a wall of art cannot — it moves.
Built like a product. Delivered like a project.
Beauty wins the rendering; logistics win the installation. Tidal is engineered for both.
From an intimate cluster to a lobby-wide array — the composition is drawn around your floor plan, not ours.
Suspension lengths are trimmed at installation — sloped ceilings, stair voids, and uneven datum lines welcome.
Every shade mounts independently; years later, a single element can be swapped without touching the array.
Rated suspension, standard sockets, and dimmer-friendly LED compatibility — specified for daily hospitality duty.
Dimensioned drawings, finish samples, and head-count layouts supplied for your submittal package.
Reinforced crating, staged freight, and a spare-parts program — because a lobby cannot wait on a reorder.
The numbers, for the binder.
Material & light
Hand-blown art glass shades on plated-steel & brass suspension. Standard sockets; warm-white LED (2700–3000K) recommended, fully dimmer-friendly.
Configuration & dimensions
Multi-head array — head count, spread and drop lengths built to project spec. Per-design measurements, weights & head counts are listed on the product page.
Ceilings & placement
Flat, sloped and double-height ceilings; multi-point canopies for wide arrays. Dry, indoor locations — lobbies, stairs, banquet halls, great rooms.
Installation & maintenance
Field-adjustable drops with hardware included; a licensed electrician and lift access are recommended for tall installs. Every glass element is individually replaceable, and care is a soft dry cloth — nothing more.
Lead time & packaging
Hand-blowing takes time — project quantities are quoted with a production schedule up front. Every element ships individually cradled in reinforced crating, with a spare-element program for properties.
Canopy positions, drop lengths & load points — issued per configuration.

Render-ready files (MAX / SketchUp / GLB) — hang it in the visualisation first.
Watch the glass lit, and the array assembled on site.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
