Every Radilum stone lamp is produced entirely in our own factory — from raw quarry block to finished fixture. Owning the full production process means we control quality at every stage, and can execute custom specifications that contract manufacturers cannot.
Our facility operates CNC stone-cutting machines, multi-axis carving equipment, wet-polishing lines, and a brass-finishing workshop — all under one roof.

Five production stages — all executed in-house, all quality-checked before shipment.

Stone Selection
Hand-selected at origin. Each block is graded for translucency, veining, structural integrity, and colour consistency before purchase.

CNC Precision Cutting
Multi-axis CNC machines cut the rough block to sub-millimetre accuracy — ensuring consistent wall thickness for optimal light diffusion in every shade.

Hand Carving
Curved profiles, tapered edges, and decorative surface detail are hand-carved after CNC cutting — shaped precisely to your design specification.

Wet Polishing
Multi-stage wet polishing — coarse grit to ultra-fine — brings out the stone's natural surface depth. Matte, satin, or high-gloss finish on request.

Hardware & QC
Brass or brushed-nickel hardware fitted in our workshop. Every lamp is electrically tested, lit, and visually inspected before packaging.
