Each alabaster shade is unique. Because the shade is cut from natural stone, the veining and translucency pattern will differ from the photographs shown — that individuality is part of the design, not a defect.

How does it charge? +
The base contains a USB charging port. Plug the included 39.4" (100 cm) cable into the base and into any standard USB power source (laptop, USB wall adapter, power bank). Charging input is 5V 2A. A USB wall adapter is not included — most households already have one.
Can I use it outdoors? +
The lamp is rated IP20 — suitable for sheltered outdoor use (covered patio, balcony table, picnic in fair weather), but not waterproof. Do not leave it in rain, near pools or fountains, or in direct prolonged sunlight (UV can affect the alabaster's color over time).
Will my alabaster shade look exactly like the photo? +
No — alabaster is natural stone, and every shade has its own unique veining pattern. Yours will share the same warm cream character as the photos, but the specific markings will be one-of-a-kind. The shape (sphere or cylinder) follows the size you choose.
Why can't it ship to my country? +
The built-in lithium battery is subject to international shipping restrictions for air freight. We currently support Japan, Australia, the EU, and the US through approved carriers. If you'd like us to ship elsewhere, contact us — we may be able to arrange surface freight or alternative routing for some destinations.

Because alabaster is a living natural stone, every piece carries its own unique veining and tonal variation — a quality we celebrate rather than suppress. We are unable to specify, select, or replicate any particular pattern. Ink marbling, lightning veins, ice-crack formations, and snowflake inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute a quality issue. If you prefer a perfectly uniform finish, this collection may not align with your expectations — and we kindly invite you to consider this before placing your order.

Diamond instruments slice the stone into workable panels, guided by its natural grain rather than against it.
Sculpting
Artisans turn, carve, and hollow each form by hand — responding to the stone's character as it is revealed.
Hand Polishing
Progressively finer grits refine the surface until the stone's interior luminosity is fully realised.
Final Assembly
LED modules, solid brass fittings, and hand-finished hardware are fitted and inspected — each piece individually, never in batches.

Alabaster is genuine natural stone — each fixture carries substantial weight and deserves the same careful handling you would extend to any fine sculpture. A few simple practices will preserve both piece and electrical integrity for a lifetime.
- 01Never lift by the power cord.The cord is not load-bearing. Tension applied to it can damage internal LED wiring and lead to connection failure over time.
- 02Always support the stone body.Cradle the fixture with both hands when moving or installing. For larger pieces, two people are strongly recommended.
- 03Clean gently; dust often.A dry, soft cloth is all that is needed. Avoid water, solvents, and abrasives — they will dull the polished surface irreversibly.
