Die Lantern Pendelleuchte orientiert sich an der Logik der klassischen Straßenlaterne — Licht geschützt in einer zarten umschließenden Form. Weiße Glassschirme sind entlang einer goldenen kannellierten Eisensäule angeordnet und schweben jeweils gegen die vertikale Struktur, statt auf ihr zu sitzen. Der Eisenschaft ist mit feiner Kannelierung versehen, die das Licht einfängt und durch die gerippte Oberfläche umlenkt; kleine goldene Kugeln betonen die Säule in regelmäßigen Abständen und dienen als optische Ruhepunkte zwischen den größeren Glasformen.
Mit 150 cm Höhe und nur 25 cm Durchmesser wirkt die Lantern als vertikales Element — eher Säule als Kronleuchter. Sie eignet sich für Esszimmer und Eingangsbereiche mit hohen Decken, wo die Leuchte vertikale Präsenz ohne horizontale Ausbreitung benötigt, und passt natürlich zu klassischen, Übergangsstil- und Art-Déco-Interieurs, in denen Gold und Weiß eine grundlegende Farbkombination bilden.
Abmessungen
Nicht geeignet für Schrägdecken. Die Lantern Pendelleuchte ist nur für die Installation an ebenen Decken ausgelegt. Die vertikale Säulenform erfordert einen ebenen Baldachhin — eine Schrägdecke führt dazu, dass die Leuchte schräg hängt. Nicht auf geneigten oder Gewölbedecken installieren.
Mindesthöhe der Decke. Bei 150 cm Körperhöhe plus 100 cm Aufhängungsstange beträgt der Gesamtabstand von der Decke zum unteren Ende etwa 250 cm vor jeder Anpassung. Eine Mindestdeckenhöhe von 3,2 m wird empfohlen, um ausreichend Kopffreiheit zu gewährleisten. Die Aufhängungsstange kann bei der Installation gekürzt werden, um niedrigere Decken anzupassen.

Wie hoch muss meine Decke sein? +
Der Leuchten-Corpus ist 150 cm hoch. Addieren Sie die 100 cm Aufhängungsstange hinzu und der Gesamtabstand von der Deckenfläche zum unteren Ende der Leuchte beträgt etwa 250 cm vor jeder Stangenverstellung. Um komfortable Kopffreiheit zu gewährleisten (etwa 200 cm vom Boden), benötigen Sie mindestens 3,2 m Deckenhöhe. Die Aufhängungsstange kann bei der Installation gekürzt werden, wenn Ihre Decke niedriger ist, der 150 cm lange Leuchten-Corpus selbst kann aber nicht gekürzt werden. Bestätigen Sie Ihre Deckenhöhe vor der Bestellung.
Warum kann sie nicht an einer Schrägdecke installiert werden? +
Die vertikale Säulenform der Lantern Pendelleuchte ist so ausgelegt, dass sie lotrecht — vollkommen vertikal — hängt. Ein Baldachin an einer Schrägdecke neigt den Aufhängungspunkt, wodurch die gesamte 150 cm lange Säule schräg statt senkrecht hängt. Anders als bei kürzeren Pendelleuchten, wo eine leichte Neigung kaum auffällt, macht die 150 cm Höhe selbst einen kleinen Winkel optisch erheblich. Standard-Adapter für Schrägdecken lösen dieses Problem auch nicht ausreichend bei einer Leuchte dieser Länge.
Welches Leuchtmittel sollte ich verwenden? +
Ein Standard-E26- (USA) oder E27- (international) Leuchtmittel. Für eine Leuchte dieses Stils — goldene Säule, weißes Glas, Art-Déco-Referenzen — erzeugt ein warmweißes 2700K LED mit 6–10W mit einem matten oder opalglaseren Globus ein weiches, gleichmäßiges Licht durch das weiße Glas. Ein LED-Filament im Edison-Stil in Globus- oder Kerzenform passt ebenfalls zum historischen Ästhetik. Vermeiden Sie kaltweißes (4000K+) Licht — es steht im Widerspruch zur warmen Goldoberfläche. Leuchtmittel sind nicht enthalten.
Ist es dimmbar? +
Ja, wenn mit einem dimmbaren LED-Leuchtmittel und einem kompatiblen TRIAC-Wanddimmer ausgestattet (beide separat erhältlich). Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
