Der Winchester ist ein Messingkerzenleuchter-Kronleuchter mit Kerzeneffekt-Design — die Arme enden in aufrechten Kerzenfassungen statt Schirmen, sodass das blanke Messingwerk und die flammenförmigen Leuchtmittel die gesamte optische Gestaltung ausmachen. Vollständig aus Messing gegossen, wölben sich die Arme in klassischer Kronleuchter-Form vom zentralen Schaft nach außen. Die warme Metalloberfläche wirkt stilgerecht und reich verziert. Ohne Schirme oder Diffusoren verlässt sich die Leuchte ganz auf das Spiel zwischen Messing und Kerzeneffekt-Leuchtmitteln für ihren Charakter.
Vier Konfigurationen reichen von einem kompakten 3-flammigen Modell mit ∅ 45 cm bis zu einem imposanten 10-flammigen Modell mit ∅ 100 cm, alle mit der gleichen 50 cm Hängekette. Leuchtmittel sind nicht enthalten. Jeder Arm verfügt über eine E12 (US) oder E14 (international) Kerzenlampen-Fassung. Bei einem Kerzeneffekt-Kronleuchter bestimmt die Leuchtmittelwahl das Ergebnis: Eine flammenförmige LED-Kerzenlampe E12/E14 in 2200–2700K Warmweiß ist die authentischste Option — die zugespitzte Flammenform wirkt wie eine echte Kerze über jeder Messingkerzenröhre. Klare Glühfadenlampen in 2200K Warmweiß sind eine hervorragende Alternative, besonders wenn gedimmt. Vermeiden Sie Mattglas- oder Opalglas-Leuchtmittel, die die Kerzeneffekt-Form verdecken.

Passen Sie den Durchmesser dem Raum an: Die 3er-Version (∅ 45 cm) eignet sich für Schlafzimmer, Eingangsbereiche und kleine Esstische bis 100 cm. Die 6er-Version (∅ 65 cm) ist die vielseitigste für standard Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer – sie passt perfekt über einen 140–160 cm breiten Esstisch. Die 8er-Version (∅ 85 cm) eignet sich für großzügige Esszimmer und größere Tische (180–200 cm). Die 10er-Version (∅ 100 cm) ist die Statement-Variante – ideal für repräsentative Eingangshallen, doppelgeschossige Räume und die größten formalen Zimmer. Faustregel: Der Kronleuchter-Durchmesser sollte ungefähr die Hälfte bis zwei Drittel der Tischbreite unterhalb betragen.
Was ist ein Kronleuchter mit „Kerzeneffekt“? +
Ein Kerzen-Effekt-Kronleuchter verfügt an den Enden jedes Arms über aufrechte Kerzenröhren-Fassungen, die für Flammenspitze-Leuchtmittel konzipiert sind und echte Kerzen nachahmen – es gibt weder Schirme noch Glaszylinder. Dies ist die traditionellste Form eines Kronleuchters und verweist auf die ursprünglichen Kerzen-Kronleuchter, aus denen diese Leuchten hervorgegangen sind. Der visuelle Effekt hängt stark vom Leuchtmittel ab: ein flammenförmiges Bernstein-LED-Leuchtmittel vervollständigt die Kerzenillusion, während ein einfaches Leuchtmittel dies beeinträchtigt. Für das authentischste Ergebnis verwenden Sie bitte immer flammenförmige Kerzenfassung-Leuchtmittel mit dieser Leuchte.
Welches Leuchtmittel erzeugt die beste Kerzeneffekt? +
Ein LED-Kerzenlicht mit Flammenspitze, E12/E14, 2200–2700K Bernsteinwarmweiß. Die verjüngte, flammenförmige Spitze sitzt über jedem Messingkerzenrohr genau wie eine echte Kerze, und die Bernsteinfarbtemperatur erzeugt eine Wärme, die dem Kerzenlicht am nächsten kommt. Klare Glühfadenleuchtmittel mit sichtbarem Glühfaden (sichtbare Wendelwendel, bernsteinfarbenes Glas) sind die zweitbeste Option – der sichtbare Glühfaden bringt bei niedriger Helligkeit Bewegung ins Spiel. Cast, chased and finished by hand
Our brass and iron fixtures are cast, chased and finished in our own workshop — gold-leafed, bronzed or lacquered by hand, which is why no two carry exactly the same glow. Colour is grown in the finishing bath rather than sprayed on, then sealed to age gracefully. Choose a finish above, or ask for any other metal finish from the Finishes Library.
