Instalación
- Se requiere electricista licenciado. Lámpara colgante de techo cableada a través de placa de dosel suministrada y varilla de suspensión modular.
- Se recomienda instalador especializado. El alabastro es un mineral blando — manipule los paneles con cuidado durante el desempaque; levante únicamente por el marco de latón.
- Cuelgue el borde inferior a 30–34″ sobre la isla de cocina o mesa de comedor, o a más de 7 pies sobre el piso en zonas de paso. Ajuste la varilla modular (12″ + 12″) in situ según el techo.
- Especifique la temperatura de color al realizar el pedido. Blanco cálido 2700K o blanco frío 4000K — seleccionado en el carrito, no ajustable en campo.

La lámpara colgante de Ø 14″ es adecuada para islas de cocina y mesas de comedor de 36–60″ de largo cuando se usa como una sola lámpara, o de 60–96″ cuando se instalan en fila de 2–3. Para islas y mesas más anchas de 60″, planifique múltiples espaciadas a 24–30″ entre centros. Cuelgue el borde inferior a 30–34″ sobre la superficie de la isla o mesa, medido desde la superficie acabada.
Luz cálida o fría — ¿cuál debo elegir? +
Elija blanco cálido 2700K para comadores residenciales, desayunadores, vestíbulos y rincones de lectura — se verá como luz de vela a través del alabastro y calienta el veteado natural crema y ámbar. Elija blanco frío 4000K para islas de cocina, interiores de galerías y salones modernos de blanco y piedra — se verá como luz natural y enfatiza el lado frío del veteado del alabastro. La temperatura de color se selecciona en el carrito y no se puede cambiar en el sitio, así que confirme antes de ordenar.
¿Se ajustará mi lámpara a las fotografías? +
El marco de latón y la silueta están hechos según especificaciones consistentes — su fixture se verá idéntico en forma. ¿Cómo limpio el alabastro? +
Limpie con un paño de microfibra suave y seco únicamente. No use agua, limpiador de vidrios, amoníaco, vinagre ni ningún limpiador líquido — el alabastro es poroso y el agua decolorará o manchará la superficie. Para huellas dactilares, use una gamuza seca o paño de algodón suave. Mantenga el fixture alejado de habitaciones con alta humedad (baños con ducha de vapor, inmediatamente arriba de estufas) para preservar la piedra a lo largo del tiempo.

Because alabaster is a living natural stone, every piece carries its own unique veining and tonal variation — a quality we celebrate rather than suppress. We are unable to specify, select, or replicate any particular pattern. Ink marbling, lightning veins, ice-crack formations, and snowflake inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute a quality issue. If you prefer a perfectly uniform finish, this collection may not align with your expectations — and we kindly invite you to consider this before placing your order.

Material Selection
Rough blocks are hand-assessed at the quarry for translucence, structural integrity, and depth of colour within.
Precision Cutting
Diamond instruments slice the stone into workable panels, guided by its natural grain rather than against it.
Sculpting
Artisans turn, carve, and hollow each form by hand — responding to the stone's character as it is revealed.
Hand Polishing
Progressively finer grits refine the surface until the stone's interior luminosity is fully realised.
Final Assembly
LED modules, solid brass fittings, and hand-finished hardware are fitted and inspected — each piece individually, never in batches.

Every alabaster fixture is completed by its metalwork — the canopy, stem, arms, and fittings that carry the stone and frame its glow. Each is available in seventeen numbered finishes from the Radilum Finishes Library: brass, bronze, iron, steel, nickel, and chrome characters, hand-applied and sealed, or a custom patina grown to match a sample you send us.

Order by number, not by name. "Antique brass," "aged brass," "burnished brass" — ask five workshops what those mean and five different metals come back. Finish 04 is the same physical sample in our studio, on the atelier bench, and on your packing list.

Alabaster is genuine natural stone — each fixture carries substantial weight and deserves the same careful handling you would extend to any fine sculpture. A few simple practices will preserve both piece and electrical integrity for a lifetime.
- 01Never lift by the power cord.The cord is not load-bearing. Tension applied to it can damage internal LED wiring and lead to connection failure over time.
- 02Always support the stone body.Cradle the fixture with both hands when moving or installing. For larger pieces, two people are strongly recommended.
- 03Clean gently; dust often.A dry, soft cloth is all that is needed. Avoid water, solvents, and abrasives — they will dull the polished surface irreversibly.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
