Donde el Payson individual coloca una pantalla de alabastro en la pared, el Doble suspende dos pantallas del mismo cuerpo de latón antiguo — apiladas o desplazadas a lo largo del eje vertical para crear una presencia más arquitectónicamente sustancial. Cada pantalla difunde el LED integrado a través del veteado natural del alabastro, produciendo dos cúmulos superpuestos de luz cálida filtrada por mineral. El efecto es más dimensional que una aplique individual: dos fuentes de resplandor, dos gradientes de sombra distintos en la superficie de la pared detrás.
El Doble es ideal para paredes más amplias, habitaciones más grandes e instalaciones donde una sola pantalla parecería demasiado pequeña — un pasillo de hotel, un muro destacado en dormitorio principal, o a ambos lados de un cabecero generoso. Alabastro Blanco
Piedra de color crema pálido a marfil con veteado gris suave. El resplandor más claro y luminoso — ambas pantallas parecen casi retroiluminadas desde adentro. Ideal para interiores neutros y de tonos claros.
Alabastro Marrón
Piedra de color ámbar cálido a tabaco con veteado caramelo pronunciado. Un resplandor más profundo y dorado en ambas pantallas — rico y envolvente. Ideal para madera cálida, terracota e interiores de tonos oscuros.
Cada piedra es única. El alabastro natural presenta veteado, variación de color y translucidez que difieren de pieza a pieza. Las pantallas que recibas no serán idénticas a las fotografías — y las dos pantallas en una sola luminaria también pueden diferir sutilmente una de la otra. Esto es intrínseco a la piedra natural, no un defecto.

¿Alabastro blanco o marrón — cuál debo elegir? +
El alabastro blanco produce el brillo más claro y luminoso: la piedra pálida transmite más luz y las dos pantallas juntas crean un acento brillante y limpio. Ideal para habitaciones con paredes neutras o claras donde deseas que la lámpara sea un detalle refinado y sereno. El alabastro marrón produce un brillo más profundo y dorado en ambas pantallas: el tono ámbar calienta notablemente la salida de luz y añade calidez a la pared detrás de la luminaria. Ideal para habitaciones con madera cálida, paredes oscuras, terracota, o cualquier interior donde la calidez sea la prioridad del diseño.
¿Las dos pantallas de mi luminaria coincidirán entre sí? +
Serán muy similares pero no idénticas: el alabastro natural contiene vetas individuales y variaciones de color sutiles en cada pieza, así que las dos pantallas en un Double tendrán patrones ligeramente diferentes. Esto es inherente a la piedra natural y es parte de lo que hace que cada luminaria sea única. El tono general (crema para Blanco, ámbar para Marrón) será consistente en ambas pantallas; son las vetas específicas las que variarán.

El Payson Single tiene una pantalla de alabastro (altura total 45 cm) y se adapta mejor a espacios más compactos: dormitorios, pasillos y paredes donde un único acento es suficiente. El Double (este artículo, altura total 50 cm) tiene dos pantallas en el mismo cuerpo de latón, proporcionando mayor salida de luz, más masa visual y una presencia más arquitectónica. Elige el Double para habitaciones más grandes, paredes de acento y flanqueando una cabecera ancha donde una sola pantalla se vería visualmente delgada.
¿Puedo usarla con mi regulador existente? +
No: el LED integrado estándar no es compatible con dimmers de pared TRIAC. Conectar a un circuito con dimmer causará parpadeo o fallo del LED. Because alabaster is a living natural stone, every piece carries its own unique veining and tonal variation — a quality we celebrate rather than suppress. We are unable to specify, select, or replicate any particular pattern. Ink marbling, lightning veins, ice-crack formations, and snowflake inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute a quality issue. If you prefer a perfectly uniform finish, this collection may not align with your expectations — and we kindly invite you to consider this before placing your order.

Every alabaster lamp begins as raw stone and arrives in your hands only after passing through a sequence of precise, unhurried steps — performed by artisans who know how to listen to the material before they shape it.
Material Selection
Rough blocks are hand-assessed at the quarry for translucence, structural integrity, and depth of colour within.
Precision Cutting
Diamond instruments slice the stone into workable panels, guided by its natural grain rather than against it.
Sculpting
Artisans turn, carve, and hollow each form by hand — responding to the stone's character as it is revealed.
Hand Polishing
Progressively finer grits refine the surface until the stone's interior luminosity is fully realised.
Final Assembly
LED modules, solid brass fittings, and hand-finished hardware are fitted and inspected — each piece individually, never in batches.

Every alabaster fixture is completed by its metalwork — the canopy, stem, arms, and fittings that carry the stone and frame its glow. Each is available in seventeen numbered finishes from the Radilum Finishes Library: brass, bronze, iron, steel, nickel, and chrome characters, hand-applied and sealed, or a custom patina grown to match a sample you send us.

Alabaster is genuine natural stone — each fixture carries substantial weight and deserves the same careful handling you would extend to any fine sculpture. A few simple practices will preserve both piece and electrical integrity for a lifetime.
- 01Never lift by the power cord.The cord is not load-bearing. Tension applied to it can damage internal LED wiring and lead to connection failure over time.
- 02Always support the stone body.Cradle the fixture with both hands when moving or installing. For larger pieces, two people are strongly recommended.
- 03Clean gently; dust often.A dry, soft cloth is all that is needed. Avoid water, solvents, and abrasives — they will dull the polished surface irreversibly.

Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
