Avec une largeur de 40 cm et une hauteur de 70 cm, il s'agit d'un lustre de taille compacte à moyenne adapté aux salles à manger standard, aux vestibules formels, aux salons traditionnels, aux poudriers plus grands et aux positions de déclaration en chambre. Il nécessite au moins des plafonds de 8 pieds pour être lu en proportion ; pour des plafonds de 9 à 10 pieds, le câble peut être allongé. Idéal pour les espaces où vous souhaitez une présence classique-élégante sans l'ampleur d'un lustre de grand vestibule.
Quel type d'ampoule utilise-t-elle ? +
Trois ampoules à culot E12 (Amérique du Nord) ou E14 (UE/Royaume-Uni/Australie) chandelle jusqu'à 25W chacune. Nous recommandons des ampoules LED chandelle blanc chaud (3000K) en forme de flamme pour un rendu plus authentiquement vintage. Les ampoules sont placées à l'intérieur du bol en verre taillé et projettent la lumière à travers le verre façonné — la forme et la couleur de l'ampoule influencent le motif de lumière réfractée.
Le cristal est-il vrai ou du verre ? +
Les chaînes perlées et le bol en verre taillé sont tous deux en cristal taillé décoratif — du verre cristal taillé et poli de haute qualité qui réfracte la lumière pour produire l'effet de lueur prismatique. Il s'agit d'un cristal décoratif adapté au prix et à la finition du luminaire, et non du cristal de roche naturel (qui coûterait de nombreuses fois plus cher). La qualité de la taille est bien conçue pour l'effet visuel souhaité.
Fonctionnera-t-il sur un plafond incliné ? +
Le montage standard est destiné aux plafonds plats en utilisant l'ensemble chaîne et canopée inclus. Pour les plafonds inclinés, un adaptateur pour plafond incliné est généralement nécessaire (vendu séparément par les fournisseurs de matériel). La structure suspendue par câble s'adapte bien aux pentes modérées une fois qu'un adaptateur est installé.
Est-ce dimmable ? +
Le luminaire lui-même n'a pas de variateur, mais il devient entièrement dimmable lorsqu'il est associé à des ampoules LED candélabres dimmables et à un variateur TRIAC mural standard (tous deux vendus séparément). Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
