- Installation murale raccordée au secteur — l'intervention d'un électricien agréé est recommandée.
- S'adapte à une boîte murale simple standard. Tous les éléments de fixation sont inclus.
- Manipulez l'onyx avec soin lors de l'installation — la pierre naturelle peut s'écailler en cas de choc.
- Positionnement recommandé : à la hauteur des yeux (≈ 150 cm / 60″ du sol) pour un couloir, ou 80–100 cm au-dessus d'une surface de chevet. Sublime en paire de part et d'autre d'un miroir ou d'un lit.
- Vérifiez que la boîte murale peut supporter 2.56 kg / 5.6 lbs — bien en deçà des normes standards, mais bon à vérifier sur les installations anciennes.

Chaque pièce d'onyx étant véritablement unique, nous souhaitons que vous découvriez et choisissiez la pierre exacte avant l'expédition. Dans un délai d'un jour ouvré suivant votre commande, vous recevrez un e-mail avec des photos des pièces d'onyx actuellement disponibles. Une fois votre sélection confirmée, nous procédons à la préparation finale et expédions — généralement dans les 2 à 3 jours ouvres suivant votre confirmation.
Et si aucune des pierres ne me plaît ? +
Faites-le nous savoir — nous vous présenterons le prochain lot dès l'arrivée de nouvelles pierres, ou traiterons un remboursement intégral si vous préférez. Votre commande n'est finalisée que lorsque vous confirmez votre choix de pierre, donc il n'y a aucun risque à commander un SKU universel.

Oui. Ajoutez une note à la validation de votre panier décrivant votre préférence : « plus de veines », « le moins de veines possible », « teinte plus claire », « teinte plus foncée », ou « plus translucide ». Nous ferons de notre mieux pour correspondre à votre préférence dans notre stock actuel lors de l'envoi de la sélection photos.
Est-ce du véritable onyx ou un composite aspect pierre ? +
C'est du véritable onyx blanc naturel — extrait de carrière, taillé à la main et finalisé à partir de pierre authentique. Les veines, la légère translucidité lorsqu'elle est éclairée et la subtilité tonale ne peuvent pas être reproduites par des matériaux composites ou imprimés. La découpe et la finition sont faites à la main, c'est pourquoi chaque pièce est unique.
Quelle ampoule recommandez-vous ? +
Une ampoule LED G9 en blanc chaud (2700K), de 3–4W. La lumière chaude révèle la translucidité naturelle de l'onyx et adoucit la diffusion du globe en verre. Évitez les ampoules blanc froid ou lumière du jour — elles contrastent avec la chaleur naturelle de la pierre.
La lampe est-elle gradable ? +
Oui — associée à une ampoule LED G9 dimmable et un variateur mural compatible TRIAC (par exemple Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora), l'Orli s'atténue en douceur. La lumière atténuée est particulièrement atmosphérique — la lueur chaude accentue les veines de la pierre lors de la transition du lumineux au doux.

Comment nettoyer l'onyx naturel ? +
Coupez l'alimentation murale et laissez l'ampoule refroidir. Dépoussiérez avec un chiffon doux et sec. Pour un nettoyage plus approfondi, essuyez avec un chiffon doux légèrement humidifié avec de l'eau et une goutte de savon doux pH neutre. Évitez les nettoyants acides (vinaigre, citron, produits à base d'agrumes) qui peuvent ternir la pierre naturelle. N'utilisez pas d'éponges abrasives ou de composés de polissage.
Que se passe-t-il si l'onyx arrive ébréché ou fissé ? +
La pierre naturelle est soigneusement emballée mais peut occasionnellement être endommagée en transit. Si votre applique arrive ébréchée ou fissée, veuillez nous contacter dans les 48 heures suivant la livraison avec des photos — nous organiserons un remplacement rapidement. N'installez pas une pièce endommagée.

Natural stone behaves differently from mass-produced materials. Here is exactly what to expect — and how our support team has you covered at every step.
Q1. Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
No — and that is the point. Because each Orli is cut from a unique block of natural stone, its veining, color depth and pattern will be its own. Your piece will share the same family and tone as the photos shown, but the exact movement of the stone is one-of-a-kind. This natural variation is a hallmark of genuine stone, not a defect, and is not grounds for return on its own.
Q2. Are natural lines, spots or fine veins normal?
Yes. Natural marble, onyx, travertine and alabaster contain mineral veins, subtle color shifts, tiny pits (especially in travertine, which is naturally porous) and faint internal lines. These are formed over millions of years and are part of the material's authenticity. When lit, some veins may appear more visible — this is the translucency working as intended. Only a structural crack that affects function is considered a fault.
Q3. What if it arrives damaged or broken in transit?
Stone is fragile, so every Orli is packed in protective, shock-absorbing packaging. In the rare event it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund — no complicated process. Keeping the original packaging helps us resolve it faster.
Q4. How heavy is it, and what wall does it need?
Because the body is solid stone, the Orli is heavier than a typical metal sconce. It is designed to mount on a standard wall junction box with the included bracket and hardware. For drywall, we recommend fixing into a stud or using appropriate heavy-duty anchors. If you are unsure about your wall type, our team can advise before you install.
Q5. What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?
The Orli uses a standard screw socket (E26 in North America / E27 elsewhere) and ships ready for a warm 3000K bulb to best reveal the stone's glow. It is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmable bulb and a matching wall dimmer. If you need a specific voltage, socket or color temperature, let us know at checkout and we will confirm before shipping.
Q6. How do I clean and care for it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners (vinegar, citrus, scouring pads), which can etch natural stone. For bathroom installs, mount in a dry zone away from direct water spray to protect both the stone and the wiring.

Every Orli is bench-tested before it leaves our workshop and backed by worry-free after-sales support. We stand behind the electrical components and structural integrity of the fixture. Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
