If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:

1. The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
2. The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
3. The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
4. The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
5. The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
6. The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please follow the steps below to make a return or exchange request so that we can quickly solve the problem for you,

  1. Submit an inquiry to support@radilum.com, including your reason for return. If it is a quality problem, please attach photos to the email so that we can quickly handle the problem for you.
  2. We will determine the refund amount you can get or replace it with a new product based on the reason for your application (return or exchange) and the products in the order.
  3. We will provide a return address and shipping label instructions. If you do not follow our instructions we will not be able to refund or exchange you for a new item.
  4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items. We do not cover return shipping or provide prepaid labels. Please print your order confirmation email and include it with your return package.
  5. Notify us via email that you have shipped the package and provide us with the tracking number of the package.

We will process your return within 1-3 working days after receiving your returned items. Please note that for any refund or exchange, we will refund or send a new package after receiving the package.

If you have any return requests, please contact our support team before you return a product. We will provide you with a detailed return address. We have multiple warehouses and addresses in the United States, China, and Europe, so we need to automatically match the warehouse for returns based on your purchase address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

RETURN POLICY

Our policies are effective for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the item based on the tracking number, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. You must inquire within this time frame to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please unbox and inspect the package as soon as possible after receiving it. If you have any questions about the goods in the package, please contact us in time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

  • The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation.
  • This item has not been used and Radilum 30-day return policy applies.
  • Any undelivered items returned to the sender.
  • Any item not delivered within 90 days.

All of the above products are eligible for a full refund or replacement. We bear all costs for the above issues and guarantee returns for a refund or free replacement.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or has received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

The item is in the condition it was received by the customer and all parts of the product are included in the return along with the original product packaging and manual. Items requiring assembly should be returned unassembled.

EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that do not qualify for Radilum 30-day return policy.
  • Purchases of $5,000 or more,
  • Bespoke, custom or special ordered products to your specifications.
  • Bulb
  • Product not in original condition and packaging
  • Misinterpretation of a product listing despite clearly indicating a non-discounted item.

For items that are not eligible for return refunds, if you force a return, we will use the following solution: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And, we will deduct up to 70% of the cost of your refund amount + service fee. Any expedited shipping you paid for your original order is non-refundable.

We do not accept any unregistered packages and any unregistered packages will be rejected.

Before placing a large quantity or special order or custom product, we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need, including swatches, finished samples, etc.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after order confirmation. After this time we will not be able to provide refunds.

    Exchange

    The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

    European union 14 day cooling off period

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
