Replaceable LED Module · Designed to Last
The LED module in this fixture is user-replaceable. Should the integrated LED ever need replacing after extended use, the module can be swapped out — the fixture itself does not need to be discarded. This is by design: alabaster and solid brass last a lifetime, and the light source should not be the reason a lamp is thrown away.

What if my fixture arrives defective? +
If your fixture arrives damaged or does not function on first install, please do not attempt to disassemble it. You don't need to play electrician; that's our responsibility.
Is the lamp dimmable? +
The integrated LED module supports dimming when paired with a compatible TRIAC dimmer switch. Confirm dimmer compatibility before installation — or contact us to confirm which switches pair best with your configuration.
How long is the hanging wire? +
All configurations ship with a 200 cm / 78.7″ adjustable hanging wire. This can be trimmed by your installer to any shorter drop length — ideal for rooms with standard 8′ ceilings all the way up to 14′+ vaulted spaces.
Will the alabaster veining vary between units? +
Yes. Every alabaster shade is cut from natural stone, so veining patterns, translucency, and subtle tonal variations differ between units — and often between shades within the same multi-head fixture. This natural variation is a feature of the material, not a defect.
What's your lead time and shipping? +
Each Harmony pendant is made to order. Typical production time is listed at checkout based on your selected configuration. If your timeline is firm (renovation deadline, move-in date), contact us before ordering and we'll confirm realistic delivery windows.
Can I mix head counts to match a space? +
Yes — ordering multiple pendants (e.g., a 2-head above a kitchen island and a 1-head above an entry console) creates a coordinated family feel. All use the same 6 cm / 2.4″ diameter shades for visual consistency.

We are unable to specify, select, or replicate any particular pattern. Ink marbling, lightning veins, ice-crack formations, and snowflake inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute a quality issue. Alabaster is genuine natural stone — each fixture carries substantial weight and deserves the same careful handling you would extend to any fine sculpture. A few simple practices will preserve both piece and electrical integrity for a lifetime.
- 01Never lift by the power cord.The cord is not load-bearing. Tension applied to it can damage internal LED wiring and lead to connection failure over time.
- 02Always support the stone body.Cradle the fixture with both hands when moving or installing. For larger pieces, two people are strongly recommended.
- 03Clean gently; dust often.A dry, soft cloth is all that is needed. Avoid water, solvents, and abrasives — they will dull the polished surface irreversibly.
