Puis-je commander deux lampes identiques ? +
Non — c'est physiquement impossible avec la pierre naturelle. Même les lampes taillées dans le même coloris diffèrent par leur motif. Si vous souhaitez une paire assortie, nous vous recommandons de commander les deux à la fois pour que nous puissions sélectionner deux pièces au feeling similaire dans nos stocks actuels.
Quelle est la différence entre l'onyx et le travertin ? +
L'onyx (variantes Cyan et Blanc) est une pierre dense et polie aux veines fines et nuageuses, avec une sensation plus froide. Le travertin (variante Beige) est un calcaire plus chaud aux pores ouverts et aux bandes horizontales visibles — la texture est plus organique et architecturale. Les deux sont naturels et durables ; le choix dépend de la couleur et du caractère de surface.

Oui. Installez une ampoule G9 LED dimmable et associez-la à un variateur mural compatible TRIAC. Avec un interrupteur standard, la lampe fonctionne à pleine luminosité.

Une ampoule G9 LED dimmable, 2–4 W, blanc chaud (2700 K). Les ampoules blanc chaud mettent en valeur la chaleur naturelle de la pierre et créent une lueur douce et ambiante à travers le diffuseur en verre. Évitez les ampoules blanc froid ou lumière du jour — elles ternissent la couleur de la pierre.
Comment entretenir le corps en pierre ? +
Essuyez doucement avec un chiffon doux et sec. Évitez l'eau, les solvants et les nettoyants abrasifs — le travertin en particulier peut absorber les liquides par ses pores naturels. La pierre ne nécessite pas de cirage ou de re-scellement, et l'onyx naturel est stable en couleur.

Q1. Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
No — and that is the point. Each Lucie is turned from a unique block of natural stone, so its veining, colour depth and pattern will be its own; your piece shares the stone family and tone shown, but the exact movement is one-of-a-kind. Natural veins, subtle colour shifts, fine internal lines and tiny pits (especially in travertine, which is naturally porous) are all part of genuine stone — not defects, and not grounds for return on their own. When lit, some veins simply read more clearly, which is the translucency working as intended.
Q2. Do I need an electrician to set it up?
No. The Lucie is a plug-in lamp: it arrives wired with a cord and plug, so there is no junction box and no hardwiring. Fit a bulb, plug it into any standard wall outlet and switch it on with the inline cord switch — ideal for renters, retrofits and anyone who wants beautiful light without an installation.
Q3. What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?
The Lucie uses a standard screw-base bulb (E26 in North America / E27 elsewhere) and ships ready for a warm 3000K bulb — use an LED within the wattage rating printed on the label. It is operated by an inline switch on the cord and is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmable bulb and matching dimmer. Need a specific voltage, plug type or colour temperature? Q4. How heavy is it — will it tip over?
Because the body is solid stone, the Lucie is reassuringly heavy with a low centre of gravity, so it sits stably on any flat, level surface. As with any stone object, place it away from edges and high-traffic knock zones, and keep the cord tucked so it cannot be snagged.
Q5. What if it arrives damaged, and how do I care for it?
Stone is fragile, so every Lucie is packed in protective, shock-absorbing packaging; in the rare event it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. In everyday use, wipe gently with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth and avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners (vinegar, citrus, scouring pads), which can etch natural stone. Measuring for Pendant Lighting
When installing pendants and chandeliers, it’s important to consider how you want your fixtures to hang in relation to the other furnishings in your space. Read on for our recommendations on how to hang the perfect light.
Kitchen
Aim for 30–36″ from the bottom of your fixture’s shade to the top of your island or countertop. Space multiple pendants 26–30″ apart. For a sense of proportion and balance, allow 12″ from the outermost fixture to the edge of your counter.
Dining Room
For optimal lighting and visibility, the bottom of your pendant should sit 30″ from the surface of your dining table. To scale your fixture, take the length and width of the room in feet, then convert that to inches. For a 10′ by 14′ room, the chandelier should be about 24″ wide.
Bedroom
If you’re hanging a pendant above a nightstand, allow for at least 30″ between the bottom of the shade and your nightstand’s surface. To keep the look balanced, center your pendant over your nightstand.
